Make sure u have everything you want in writing and signed by them. They did a good job on my lanai windows but put black screens in my garage door and contract called for white. After three months of promises they want me to pay $90.00 to correct their mistake.

All American U Cart Concrete
If you are looking for an honest company with extremely fair pricing for concrete then look no further. I have used Dallas many times . I AM always happy with the service , pricing and overall experience. The first time I used All American I was in over my head and Dallas jumped into action and helped finish my concrete and would not take an extra dime from me for this. He has a customer for life. No one runs a business the old fashioned way like Mr. Dallas.

This company built an addition for us about 5 years ago.. We're now finding out how many corners they cut and are now paying for things that should have been done right the first time. I wouldn't recommend this company to build a dog house. Very, very unsatisfied.
Tips & Advices
Commercial cleaning companies are not required to carry liability insurance, but it offers valuable protection for both business owners and their clients. Liability insurance covers property damage, bodily injury, and advertising lawsuits, and it also assists with costs related to broken furniture and equipment. When evaluating commercial cleaning companies, choose one that provides liability coverage for your own protection and peace of mind.
Resurfacing, where a contractor removes and replaces the top layer of concrete, is a middle ground between multiple patch jobs and a complete replacement.
Homeowners should work with a concrete contractor who is either certified by or a member of one or more trade organizations for high-quality results. These individuals adhere to professional guidelines and are versed in industry and safety standards. Such organizations include: American Concrete Institute (ACI) American Society of Concrete Contractors (ASCC) and National Ready Mixed Concrete Association (NRMCA).

Wet concrete can irritate the skin or cause first-, second-, or third-degree chemical burns. Cement dust contains silica, which damages the lungs and can lead to cancer or silicosis. Many concrete mixtures contain cement, so homeowners should be careful if contractors create the concrete on site. Anyone who touches wet concrete or dust should wash their skin with soap and cold water.
