In April we purchased a 2015 Buick Encore at Rick Matthews. Our salesman, David, was patient, courteous and very knowledgeable. We have since had a positive experience with the service department as well. We highly recommend this dealership.

Car Nix Auto Body Repair
Brought in our 2014 Porsche Cayman S to have some scratches and paint damage fixed. The new paint has dust in it, paint runs, and orange peel from poor painting technique. Additionally, the Porsche emblems on the back are crooked and completely misaligned. Instead of removing and replacing the clear bra on the door edge, they painted over it. The store manager/co-owner Matt apologized for the job. We arrived to see that he had not repainted the car at all, and confirmed that the car was not repainted by reviewing dashcam footage. He referred us to another shop, claiming that they had previously repaired his work. This new shop wanted $7k to undo the damage, plus the cost to fix our original issue. The owner admitted he didn't actually know how to paint the car. Matt agreed to pay $2500. Today we received a call from the manager's angry brother who said he wasn't going to pay to fix the damage done to the car and that we'd have to sue him if we wanted the money to fix the damage.

Not once, but now twice the FAMILY at Dynamic Auto Body has stepped in during a very stressful and trying time for my family and I. Their patience, knowledge, and ability to deal with even the most demanding client is phenomenal. Honesty is a valuable trait and without doubt you will get that along with guidance and sound advice. I am thankful for having the luck to cross paths with the family at Dynamic Auto Body when I needed them the most.

We have fortunately not had the opportunity to use Dynamic but I will tell you I know a lot of people who have. They are always more than satisfied. Not only do they do a great job but they know the ins and outs with the insurance companies. This is a family owned business who treats you like one of the family. Go here before you go anywhere else.

I decided I needed to write a review since my husband and I just purchased our 3rd vehicle from Rick Matthews with continuous outstanding service. In the past I have always dreaded the experience of purchasing a vehicle. In a time when customer service doesn't seem to meet the standards of the old days I am so excited to say that they made the experience painless! A big Thank You to the staff at Rick Matthews who goes above and beyond!

I have been in the auto repair business for over 40 years. I have been in the Spring Hill, Brooksville area for over 27 years. I have owned my business for 24 years. I am a Master Certified Mechanic. I have been voted Technician of the Year by ASE and NAPA. My shop has been voted best auto repair in the Hernando Today’s readers poll three years running. The point of all this is I know what I’m doing. What better testimonial can you get than one from your pears. Over the years I have seen many body shops come and go. Matt does great work and he is a professional. He has done many cars for me and my customers. I have been happy with all his work. Matt did the paint and body on my baby, a 1969 Chevy Camaro that has been in my life since it was new. This car consistently wins “BEST OF SHOW” wherever I show it. That does not happen by accident. That happens because the work was done by the best there is, both mechanically and body. Matt can handle everything from a simple dent, to heavy collision. He can even help you build your dream car. Just like he did for me!

I had a terrible time at this dealership. Vic the used car manager, was very rude to me and my wife. He told us to get out of his store, when all we were doing was adressing a issue that we had. I am very upset with this dealership. Make sure you get everything in writing that is promissed to you, if not you may never get it. Or may get yelled at by VIC. Also Jeff the internet sales manager lied to me about a full tank of gas and Lied to VIC about telling me that. Overall the dealership is rude and lies. Thanks and be very careful shopping here, I recoment CRYSTAL AUTOMOTIVE!!!! Very Very nice people and honest. they have 5 locations to serve you better and tons of inventory. Please choose your dealership right. Go to homosassa NISSAN and ask for sales man DAVE MILIMAN. He is the best, tell him BRANDON sent you!!!!!!!!!!!!
Tips & Advices
Using a variety of tools and processes, many of which require specialized training, auto body mechanics primarily repair cosmetic and structural damage to vehicles after accidents occur. They can also enhance a vehicle’s appearance and performance by replacing and adding new parts to a vehicle’s body.
This depends on the severity of the work that needs to be done. Something such as paintless dent repair for a few small dents can take an hour. Whereas auto body repairs for damages caused by a major accident can take multiple days to correct.
All auto body parts can be repaired but there is a threshold for the level of repairs possible. Parts can be damaged beyond repair and would need to be wholly replaced.
Auto body parts can be made from a wide variety of materials, usually based on what the part’s purpose is. Vehicle frames body panels, bumpers, roof racks, and other items that need to be strong and durable are usually constructed from steel, which is known for its durability and resistance to rust and high temperatures. But aluminum is quickly becoming a popular material of construction due to its lightweight yet durable nature. Body kits and other aftermarket parts like spoilers and hoods can be constructed from one form of plastic or another.
Yes, the vast majority of car makes and models have aftermarket parts available for many of their components. But higher-end vehicles typically have less aftermarket parts available since they often use specialized materials and manufacturing processes that are difficult to duplicate for many aftermarket manufacturers.
