I have been using this shop for the past 5 years,My first car I brought to this shop was a lincoln town car 2007,which had elictrical problems ,after I took it to the Dealer first and few other local shops ,not to mention the estimates they all gave me which was between $700 to $1200 finally my next door neighbor Issy suggested tha I take it to usa shop ,I was hesitated in the begining ,but I was shocked when I called the shop they send one of their mechanic to my location where the car was parked ,after he pretested the car he decided to call his own tow truck driver then took the car to the shop for diagnostic check ,any way it was about 4 pm so he told me it was too late to start working on the car and to leave it overnite and they will call me next day to let me know what the problem is and the repair cost, so they did call me next day around 11 morning ,but the shocking news was when I found out the problem was fuel shut off switch in the trunk ,any way the whole job cost me less than 200 dollars and I took my car home around 1 in the aftrnoon,thanx to these guys they are not just mechanics but they treat u like family, very friendly place really really honest people I hope I will never break down ,but if I do that's definitely the place to go to ,I strongly recommend this place.

I am not sure where to begin. I am humbled and impressed with the quality of work and exceptional customer service I have received from Carter Brothers. I am a woman I do not know anything about cars, I am always nervous about going to auto body shops because I feel like they are going to try to get over on me. I was injured in a car accident and from the second I called Carter Brothers to the day I received my car they went above and beyond to make sure that every single detail relating to my car accidently was adequately addressed. I was worried about my car and Carter Brother took complete ownership of retrieving my vehicle and holding it until I was able to file a claim. I was able to relax and focus on tending to my medical injuries. Carter brothers arranged a rental car and offered regular update as to the status of my repair. My car looks amazing, literally better than new! Steve and Cindy were extremely helpful consistently went above and beyond to meet my needs. I hope to NEVER have another accident BUT if I do I know where to go.

Ive known Alex since 1999. For years hes been doing excellent work on my vehicles. I had to go to Aamco on Remsen ave. Once cause Aim was extremely busy. I showed Alex the reciept for the work that Aamco did and he immediately pointed out the things that were unnecessary and where they overcharged me. He then highlighted the items and put the correct amount next to each item and suggested that I go back to the mechanic that worked on my car.when i went back to Aamco & gave him the reciept he went in his office and came back with a check for the adjusted amount. Shook my hand apologized and gave me a box wit the parts he replaced & worked on. Im not a mechanic so i didnt know whether to be thankful or upset but the point is A L E X and his small staff are stand up guys. They will respect ur property wont overcharge you and will work on the DIAGNOSED PROBLEM until it is rectified with no hidden charges...this business is rare and im glad i found it in this day & age

GREAT, FAIR & HONEST! I have been driving my Cadillac Deville for quite a few years now. I have also been looking for the perfect repair shop and I finally found it with Z P Auto.Whenever I took my car elsewhere, I always felt that I did not get a fair shake. But, with Z P Auto you know you are not going to get the run around. Gus takes the time out to explain what needs to be done and he shows you everything he has done to ensure your car is running like new, with no hidden costs or extras. When you bring your car to Z P, you know that you are not going to pay for un-needed repairs. I was shocked at how little I was paying for the type of job that was done. Not only that. But, they stand behind their work 100%. I live in Manhattan and it was more than worth it to take it over the bridge to Brooklyn. Both Elayne and Gus run a great shop and you can rely on them to do right by you. I have no reason to take my car any place else. TWO THUMBS UP! Plus, 5 STARS!

Dolphin Transmissions
My transmission was replaced by Dolphin's in September 2016 There were some quirks with the initial installation in which another transmission had to replaced after the first one was replaced because of a deficiency from the manufacturer. Dolphins immediately came to my home and towed my car back to their garage and within another week my transmission was repaired and their was absolutely no problems with my car since. The staff is very kind and they care about there customers and also, they protect there customer's with a one year warranty which is great considering what other repair shops are not offering. I was picked up at my home when my car was ready and if that isn't service i don't know what is. I decided to write my review at this late date because i wanted to be completely accurate with my experience so other customers could feel confident that they are in good hands with Dolphins.

COULD NOT BE HAPPIER!! Good Job & Great Price!!This place has been in my neighborhood for as long as I can remember and now I know why.They do good work and definitely work with you on the price to get it done.The guys here owner and manager Ozzie really did their best to explain to me how a transmission works and how the different pieces can cause different problems if damaged . They opened my transmissions and did the rebuild.The shop and it's workers did my job In just two days including a reprogram I'm very happy and the price was better than most of the competition. Good Quality and Good PriceFamily owned business that makes you feel at home.Don't be fooled by other shops if you want to deal with a straightforward shop that has been in this business for a long time and really cares this is the place. Thank you very much guys!!

New Millennium Transmissions was many things most transmission shops are not. They were helpful, honest, patient, and they were extremely friendly not to mention the fact that they really did try their best to give me the best price for a good quality job done. They were very patient with me as I took care of a car repair for a friend who was out of town on vacation. Thinking that the car may not have been worth the investment, they honestly told me to seriously contemplate whether to try to fix it and to really consider the best direction that would benefit me and my friend most (rather than selling me a transmission). They gave me a very honest opinions & assessment and did a great job of describing in plain english how the inner workings of the transmission operate and affect the performance of the car. I'm a TLC driver work for Uber, My neighboor recommended this place, I was abit skeptical because I have a brand new 2015 Chevy Suburban and was initially planning to bring it to the dealer. My neighbor was very persuasive, so i decided to give it a try. The service I recived was outstanding, wow! First of all the work itself is top-noch, I cant even tell the car was ever damaged. Secondly my insurance only covered portion the claim, but these guys setteled for what they got, and not only that, few nicks and scratches I had from NYC parking, been taken care of and at the end I was told I can also comeback for any minor repair free of charge!. Very happy with the service. I have never seen these bad reviews before, but now that i've seen them I had to voice my experiance. Be VERY CONFIDENT using this place, You can not go wrong.

So i took my car to them after my car got hit and run by a drunk driver. They never even hooked back up my advanctraction control. They never fixed my bent rim and they drove the car to my fiancee cause they knew I wasn't able to look at the car to make sure everything was fixed like it was suppose to. I live 8 hours away and they knew that. You.might think they fixed your car or used new parts but they are CON ARTISTS. Don't take your car to them unless u know about cars and your there with them working on your car. My insurance can't even pay for the things they promised because I live in a different state and had to get home asap. I have to pay for stuff my insurance payed for which they never fixed. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THESE LOW LIFES!Your regret it like I did. Time and money.

I received my car back today and it's running like brand new. I was having serious issues with my transmission and was worried about it breaking down completely on me.Luckily I was recommended to this shop by my uncle, I have an extended third party warranty And the guys at the handled it all, they made it go smoothly as they dealt with the back and forth with my warranty company as I went about my business and work.I am very pleased all of the workers as well as the owner and manager are all nice guys, I really appreciate them explaining everything to me before doing anything.Glad my car is running like new and I would definitely say to everyoneNew Millennium has your back, your in Good Hands!!Thank you guys!!
