Don't forget that this is the 2nd pizza place in NYC! When you arrive, you get all that goes with that if you just stop and take it all in- look on the walls, look in the window.... everything will remind you of the past. Embrace it as you enjoy some very good pizza.\r \r Here is a photo session I did in Feb 2009 to document it. I have been going for 30 years and I am only 34 years old! I would like to be visiting for many many many more years to come! \r \r Come back Totonno's! It looks like the reopen is sometime in January / February -board are off the the front doors.\r \r www (dot) danmarinophoto (dot) com/pizza\r \r - Dan Marino
7.Colandrea New Corner Restaurant
7201 8th Ave
Good food, good service. The decor leaves something to be desired. It looks as though it hasn't been redecorated since 1975.

9.Iron Chef House
92 Clark St
We've been coming here for that last year at least once a month. Its our favorite value for your buck destination. We always order 3-4 rolls, 2 appetizers and 2 alcoholic beverages and always end up paying around $60 tax included. The portions are larger than some other sushi restaurants we've been to and the service is always top notch. It's a cute, cozy place that would be great for a first date.
10.Randazzo's Clam Bar
2017 Emmons Ave

8620 3rd Ave
I have been to this reliable restaurant several times and have not been disappointed. While, I do believe the menu offerings are not very creative, the guality is excellent. The ingredients are fresh and it shows in the finished product. Tthe service is also attentive and the decor is lovely.
12.Uncle Jimmy's Backyard BBQ
8727 4th Ave
Went for dinner with my wife and another couple the other night and we were seated immediately.. The place was very clean and the staff very attentive. We ordered a bottle of White Zif for the table and the grilled octopus appetizer, it was fresh and tasty. \r \r For our entree we ordered 2 full racks of KC baby back ribs. WOW!!!!!!! they did not even fit on my plate! Fresh sides of rice and freshly made french fries were superb.\r \r For dessert our waiter divided up and presented us a nice tartuffo(is that how u spell it?) \r \r Overall this place is a must visit!!!!!! I will be returning.
210 7th Ave
The atmosphere was pretty perfect. Temperature was great, the service was great, and the food was delicious. I do agree that it was a little on the expensive side, but good none the less.
14.Don Pepe Restaurant

16.Watty & Meg
248 Court St
This place is all round solid. The people working here are nice, the decor is cool, huge fan of the location (it's at the end of my street!) The food is uniformly in the 80th to 90th percentile. Monday night burgers is deservedly mobbed. Burger and a beer for $10. Bargain indeed (with toppings it's a little more but who's counting). Brunch is super solid as are many of the main dishes I've ordered outside of the burger night. The drinks aren't bargains for sure (wine list included) but the pricing is far from egregious. Well done Watty, or Meg for this excellent neighbourhood offering with a general thread of good food, nice vibe and nice peeps. This place should be hollered at by anyone close - our pals from further afield who we take here were psyched about it. It's also good for those wanky city friends who schlep to Brooklyn expecting lugers or an italian with garlic knots and spicy meat-a-balls - hit them with this new american dopeness, sit back and watch.

Ok now, Tripoli was never a seafood joint- the reason for the decor is because the city of Tripoli is situated by the sea. The food here is delicious....it tastes just like home cooked Lebanese food, and that's probably because it's a family owned and run business. The decor is maybe a little out dated but who cares, you're there for the food- I don't think anyone will be taking a bite out of a chair or anything like that. The prices are very fair. Not overpriced at all. This is the best Lebanese restaruant I have ever been too, food wise and price wise. Also, I didn't have a problem with the waiter, he actually gave me some dessert on the house. Will continue to return here for a long long time.

23.Ma-n-Pop Soul Food
349 Lewis Ave
1424 Avenue J
This definitely the tastiest pizza in the world! I am in love with how the crust and the toppings mixes and melts in my mouth. It feels like heaven. It was my first time to eat there last week, and I am definitely coming back for more. I am so happy I found my comfort food in NY. :D
25.Blue Ribbon Brooklyn
280 5th Ave
Sushi being one of my primary food groups, I can be and have been particularly picky about what I expect. Knowing Blue Ribbon's reputation, I arrived expecting a lot. They didn't disappoint. From the freshest cuts of a variety of seasonal fish to the great Sake collection, I was very happy with my experience. A friendly staff kept our table of 11 (yes, eleven!) fed well and taken care of, with no complaints from anyone in our group. I could go on and on about the menu, but really, everyone has their own favorites. If you like sushi, this is worth a visit. Or Two, Or More.
26.DeStefano's Steak House
89 Conselyea St
I fancy myself a steak house connoisseur. This place ranks amongst the best . My personal Zagat Rating: 27:20:20: $70
63 Lafayette Ave
My friends and I were looking for a new brunch spot to round out the weekend. Loved it. There was a live band, unlimited bellini's, yummy healthy portions of food, quick service and good fun - all for under $20. We stayed for the whole brunch span loading up on bellini's and chatting away with our neighboring tables. Everyone seemed to know each other and that gave it a good feel. I've been there twice since then and plan to go again this weekend. See you there!

Went to Savoia for the first time last Saturday night. It won't be the last time I go there! Went with the family to celebrate a birthday and in the group is my 96 year old grandmother. Our waitress was so attentive to her - made her feel so special. The food was wonderful. The portions were just right - not to small and not too big. Desserts were sinfully good. Please don't share this review with too many people. I want to keep it to myself but felt compelled to write about the wonderful evening.
530 Driggs Ave
This place was amazing, my boyfriend and I went to celebrate our first 1 year together. The waiters placed us in the garden. The lighting, the atmosphere, the foods and drinks...it was so romantic. The food was delicious. The service was great. They always made sure everything was okay and they knew when we needed some time alone.
