Placed an order on July 25 2018, waited two weeks and never heard a word from them. Contacted them through online chat, they stated that the frame I order was just shipped from Italy and should be arriving soon. Waited another week, contact them through online chat again, they said the frame just arrived and in process for lens production.Waited another week, contacted them through online chat. they said due to my prescription, it will take a little longer than expected due to my prescription. Waited another week, they called and asked to confirm my prescription, and the lens is ready for production within 48 hours.Waited another week, got a call from them saying that one of my frame is out of stock, so I changed my order to a different frame.Waited another week, got a call from them saying that due to my prescription, they have to increase the cost of my order to $250 extra, I cancel my order immediately. Waited 10 days, today is 8/10/2017 and they still hadn't refund my money $303 total.

Glasses were absolutely brilliant and received them within 6 days. Made a slight mistake on my order and only noticed after 5 days, made a call, they adjusted it and the next day I received the correct frames at no extra cost. Fantastic customer service, really fast, reliable, brilliant prices, legitimate.

I'm very happy with my order. The glasses arrived well packaged. My prescription was cross checked thoroughly and the paperwork was enclosed. The glasses are just great. I ordered the 1.6 Thin & Light HMAR with Uv400. This gave me peace of mind that the HMAR process will make my lenses as resistant to scratches as is possible. The customer service by email was great. I haven't needed glasses for a long time and I was assured my prescription was being looked at. Just what I wanted. Thank you!

I have called this business multiple times and sent at minium 5 emails. They do not reply to emails and never answer the phone. My order was placed 2 weeks ago and they charge my credit card after 3 days. I would not recomend anyone to spend any money for the type of customer service they provide. Even though the prices look good, scammers have a way of doing that. Terrible terrible business.

I'm really happy to find this seller. I was trying to find nice frame for a good price, have visited many optical stores and retail prices are crazy. I checked few online resellers but the quality doesn't seem to be good enough. Sunsvision has an amazing choice of designer eyewear and I was lucky to get an amazing deal for their new brand Alan Blank. Really good solid quality, I received a 50% discount so paid for frame and nice lenses less then $100. My order was shipped very quickly. Will def come back to buy few other styles. Thank you guys!

I love that they are local, and located in Brooklyn, NY. I ordered some Maui Jim glasses, great price, I waited a week but it was worth it. Customer service was decent for an online company but they answered all of my questions. I love their online chat, I think it was very helpful for my many quick questions.

Zero stars. I placed an order for Tiffany sunglasses on August 16, 2015. 3 days later, on August 19, 2015, (my birthday), I received the following email:"Hello, Thank you for shopping with us. Unfortunately frame that you ordered is currently on backorder by manufacturer for 10-15 business days. Please let us know if you would like to proceed with the order. We apologize for any inconvenience. Thank you". I called right away and left them a message letting them know that I had gotten their email and that I would like to proceed with my order and to please call me back. On August 28th I still had not gotten a response so I called and spoke with someone named Elena who assured me that the sunglasses would be available after the stated backorder time period. As of today, Monday September 21, 24 days since I last spoke with Sunsvision and 36 days since I placed my order, I have heard nothing from Sunsvision. I have tried calling but there is never an answer, I have tried leaving messages, but no one returns my call. I was forced to open up a dispute with my credit card company. I will post a final review with the outcome of the dispute in a few weeks.I would also like to add that the address for Sunsvision (2436 E15 3rd Floor, Brooklyn, NY 11235), is a few blocks from where live and I pass by there on my way to the subway every day. I started paying close attention to the eyeglass stores that I pass when I realized that Sunsvision is not one of the eyeglass stores, nor is it a recognizable business. Plug it into Google maps street view and it is nothing more than a residence.

I ordered a pair of Ray-Ban glasses from Sunsvision. A week and a half after I ordered them, I checked the website and it said my order was "processing." I called the company and was told the glasses were on "back order." I asked why no one had let me know, and the woman apologized and said she would get back with me at the end of the week with an update on my order. No one called or e-mailed. I waited patiently for a month and a half and then called again. The woman put me on hold and came back with the good news. My glasses had come in and I would have them by next Wednesday (five days away). Nothing on Wednesday -- or Thursday or Friday. Two weeks later -- almost two months after I ordered them -- they arrived. The price was good, but the service is horrible.

My husband ordered me a pair of nonprescription Tiffany glasses. I saw the exact same pair of glasses at LensCrafters but Sunsvision had them for way cheaper!! We ordered them and they took about 3 weeks to come, but it was worth the wait! I am very satisfied. The staff was very responsive as well!

I was nervous ordering online, especially when said customer services phones were down. I sent a couple of emails and received automated email return message. It took 3 weeks to get my progressive glasses. But I was very happy with them. I can see again. I would recommend them
