Our only child has been attending here since the age of 2. He was blessed to have had excellent, caring and compassionate teachers each year. He learned a lot both academically, socially but also culturally. I personally feel that this school has become an extended family to us. Having been a first time very protective mom, the school made me feel comfortable about leaving my child there. My son loves the school, staff and friends he has made there. I have also made good friends there as well. I would say they are child centered, very family focused. I love what the programs they have for Christmas, Easter, Black History month. They also have an African drummer come by once a week. My son also got to go on many exciting field trips.

My son absolutely loved going to school. I genuinely felt my son was always well taken care of on the same level he was at home. His speech improved considerably and he learned to socialize with other children. Hands down this is the best daycare, abd I highly recommend it. They worked with me on so many levels. I really appreciated this school for my son 100%

Great location! All the toys and furniture are brand new! The food is organic, I personally think that it's great to know that my child is eating healthy! Everything is child proof and all the toys don't have any small parts! Overall a beautiful place for kids!

I almost didn't go back to work because I was afraid of leaving my baby anywhere. Then I went to Dyker Heights Family Day Care. They made me feel like I was leaving my baby with a family member. The ladies that work here are fantastic. The owner is this man Joe, he is an older person; a retired police officer. I feel that my baby is sooo loved and sooo protected when I go to work. You will love this place. It is also really clean and well kept.
7.A To Z Daycare Ctr Inc

Overall it's a great place for your kid to go to! I love the facility, personell and their approach to kids. My only disappointment has been there so far is that the teacher of one of the pre-K groups left. She is an amazing teacher. She was trying so hard to make kids actually learn things. So now there is the new teacher on her place which I'm not fond of, unfortunately. She seems much less motivated into the whole teaching process. I don't mean to sound rude, but she seems to me to care less about the outcome of the kids she teaches. I hope he owners will keep my humble critics in mind and do something about that in the future. Otherwise, I love this day care. My son adores it, too. Especially Marina, the teacher assistant, he seems to be in love with her :)
