Plaza Operating Corp
Poor service. Many of the washers are non English speakers. The ones that were able to communicate we're very rude. They yelled at me when I confronted them about damage caused to my car during a routine visit. Save yourself the hassle and stress and go to another shop. These guys also operate under the name Top Notch Car wash and oil. So beware

Will never come here again. I have a BMW 330Xi. I came for an oil change a week ago and received my free car wash. During the oil change they determined I need a new filter and some other details that needed to be fixed. I ended up spending over $300 in this store. A week later my oil light is on. I took it back and they told me nothing was wrong and to take a picture if the oil light comes on again. I did that and took it back the next day. They then told me I had a minor leak under the car from the oil cap. I did not have this problem until I came to their facility and was told that I had this leak for some time and it was not their problem. I went ballistic! The oil light only came on after they worked on my car. The owner was very rude, told me that this was a mechanical problem and went to another customer who ended up leaving also. I was so livid I wanted to call the cops on them. I ended up getting my car fixed but this place is horrible and I will never return!

Giant Car Wash SUCKS. They damaged my car twice. First they scratched the car - a really long fine scratch - because they drop towels and pick them up off the ground with dirt, debris, and gravel. They lamely shake the towels clean and then dry your car with it.Today they scratched the trunk of my car (stupid me for going back). They stole a freaking "baby on board' magnet off the car. It did not fall off the car during the wash - I watched it go all the way through the car wash and out the other side. I asked for a manager and the guy told me to file a police report. Giant Car Wash - Never Again.

Hollywood Car Wash
BUYER BEWARE. To start off all the good reviews of this place must be done by the management of this terrible establishment. Went there for a wash and got a VIP package which took about 30 minutes which is fast. Gave the guy who was working on the car a decent tip thinking they'll put a little bit of an extra effort but boy was I wrong. The brake dust was never washed off properly from the rims yet any other car wash I went to always had my wheels shining. There were 3 big stains left on the trunk and back window which a guy on a cellphone looked at and then walked away from. I had to go back and get someone to clean them off, I'm not talking about little smudges I'm talking about huge white visible stains on a gray car that I came to wash off but apparently they thought I wouldn't notice. Once they have your money they do not care about customer satisfaction and soon enough the customers will take their business elsewhere. I will never go back to this place! Do yourself a favor and spend your hard earned money elsewhere if you remotely care about getting a fair service for a fair price.
Tips & Advices
A green car wash is one that places great emphasis on sustainability. The water used for each wash is scrupulously recycled, and the only products used are those that are bio-based, biodegradable, and gentle on the environment. Some green car washes also rely on renewable energy sources for power.
Many car washes make an active effort to recycle, reclaim, and reuse their water. Recycled water often comprises the majority of the water used for each wash, and, in many cases, the process is precisely managed by a computer-controlled system.
If a car has been newly painted, it's best to wait at least 30 days before applying automotive soap or any other automotive cleaning product. After this 30-day period, it will be safe to take the vehicle to a car wash.
A full-service car wash is one is which all aspects of washing the vehicle are handled by a professional. Many full-service car washes offer different packages that provide different tiers of service.
At a self-service car wash, the equipment and cleaning products are provided, but it is up to customers to provide the labor. Self-service car washes give you a space to wash your car, along with tools, such as sprayers, foam brushes and foam sponges.
