I wrote a review when I had the work done and I cannot find it. Very odd that it is missing and only the good reviews are left. I would never use this contractor again. If I were you, I would find someone else. Roy claims to do excellent work, he will say "God Bless" after every text or conversation. Do NOT let that fool you. He will screw you each way he can. He picked up the wrong tile and laid it in the kitchen. I asked him why he didn't pick up the tile I asked and he said that it wasn't the sample I had in the house....well they didn't have a sample for me to take home....I had to pay for the wrong floor and then again for the right floor. On top of that, the tiles he put down - some are not the same as the others. He charges you a lot more than what you should pay. He charged me $12,000 for kitchen cabinets. I asked to see the drawings and he forwarded me the email from the cabinet place which showed the actual price for the cabinets ($4752)...some mark up!!!! Please - do not be fooled by this guy!!!He also said it would take 2 weeks, they were in my house for almost 4 months. I found a much better contractor to do my bathroom and other renovations.....what a difference!!!!!! DO NOT USE THIS GUY!!! There are many others out there!!

Minar painted the exterior of my landmark townhouse. He and his staff were professionals. His attention to detail, which was essential because he had to follow NYC Landmarks' rules, and willingness to please the customer were a plus. His prices are reasonable and he is reliable. He oversees all of his work and is easy to reach. My neighbors were so impressed with the job he did and by his professionalism, that some asked him to work on their homes as well. I will definitely us RH Construction USA, Inc. again and highly recommend them.

Very fast service. Installed a roof on my house and garage in one day. Rafi was very friendly and helpful. Price was very reasonable compared to two other estimates. The whole job went without a problem. I have a great deal of experience with home projects and most do not go as smoothly as this. I was grateful.
Tips & Advices
If there is ever a dispute regarding payment over the course of the project, a contractor or subcontractor could place a payment claim, or lien, on your property. To avoid this, ask the contractor to sign a lien release, which is a legal agreement that states that any payment accepted is final. This can come in handy if a contractor has his or her own payment issues with their subcontractors. Signing a lien release form certifies that any payment made by a client to the contractor is enough to pay for any goods or services rendered.
Absolutely ask. Paying too much up front offers the homeowner minimal leverage if the quality of work does not meet expectations or contractual specifications. Try to establish a reasonable pay schedule, such as paying 10 percent of the total cost for each 10 percent of the work that is completed. Include this payment plan in the contract, as well.
Before any money changes hands, there should be a contract to sign. Make sure the specifics of the work and all costs are listed in the contract, including details. If you forget to have something included in the contract after signing it, there's rarely a chance of recourse.
Ask the contractor for proof of their certification before signing anything, as well as their proof of insurance. You should also check your homeowners insurance policy to see if they offer coverage for contracted work. You may want to call your insurance provider and ask for more details on what your plan will and won't cover.
Yes. Plans for how the work site will be cleaned at the end of each day as well as at the conclusion of work need to be put in writing. An experienced general contractor should make every effort to keep the workspace clean and prevent dirtying or damaging any other area. Even so, talk with the contractor about the daily schedule, the logistics of transporting workers and equipment, and how cleanup will be handled.
