Witnessed our 2 90 year old neighbors with canes and their daughter offered a booth but it was reneged when the waitress sat her regulars there instead. 2nd booth opened and again was offered to regulars at the bar by the hostess. Appalling.!
Excellent fish fry. Very cool atmosphere. Bar was packed and busy, but restaurant was cozy and quiet. Had our 18 month old with us and no problems. Great service.
I came for the lunch buffet twice in the last two months. The food was fabulous, curries, biryani, naan, tandoori chicken were all perfect. Love this place. So delicious, I cannot wait to come back.
I had the lunch buffet and it was very, very good and reasonably priced. I'm not an authority on Indian food but this place is amazing!! Got to try it.
This is probably the best Indian restaurant between Milwaukee and Madison, believe me, I've tried them all. They feature a wide array of regional Indian cuisine and prepare it well.
The staff is friendly and helpful and will guide newcomers through the intricacies of Indian cuisine which is as varied as the country itself. This makes it ideal for people who have never had Indian food to give it a try.
I've had many Indian meals that were authentic and this was about as authentic as you can get in the US. Of course, they probably make some of the dishes a little milder for our American taste buds, which suits me fine. I'm looking forward to going back there for dinner and ordering off the menu. There's a curry dish that's calling to me already!
The waiters and staff there were very nice and very attentive too. (and no, I don't work there and I'm not at all associated with the place - these are all honestly good things I'm saying!)
Went here based on the recommendation of my 18 year old son - the one who doesn't like most anything that isn't fast food. We loved it. The food was delicious - the menu varied - and the service was great. We really enjoyed the shrimp tandori and the other dishes - vegetable curry, lamb (can't remember which one) and chicken (also the name eludes me but was a creamy sauce and had nuts). Looking forward to coming back and trying more.
