Sosa Maintenance
I really had a bad experience with this contractor. He is what he advertised on his van a handyman. Regarding kitchen renovation he doesn't has experience and therefore he will be your worst nightmare. He just promise what he can never deliver, take for ever to complete the job, shows his best face and play you. I made a mistake when i hired him to renovate my kitchen. Find local contractors online with good reviews, do your job before you hire someone that will disappointed you and make you lose money and time.

Fire Mitigation Solutions
I am still enjoying my 3 beautiful large Persian carpets I purchased from Mr Butt and his sons 25 years ago. They look as good as the day I purchased them, they are excellent quality hand and hand made. I hoped they would last my life and they will.

Fire Damage Restoration Services
Would give 6 stars if we could to Hassan, his brother, and their staff for this family owned business. My wife and I were in the market for an upgrade to our not-so-adult synthetic rug which had seen better days. Not knowing much about handmade rugs, finer rugs, etc, we decided to trust yelp to help us start our search. There's a reason these guys are so highly rated

Sosa Maintenance
I reside in North Parkchester and wanted to renovate my kitchen. I was referred to Sosa by a maintenance worker. Do yourself a favor and do not contract him. I hired him on May 15th to do my kitchen He doesn't have a detailed contract explaining how much he is charging for the material or how long the project will take . When he went to pick up the granite counter at Bronxdale Tile & Marble he dropped the granite and broke it . I purchased my own sink, faucet and backsplash because I was afraid of what he was going to purchase. In my opinion he is very unprofessional. The mosaic backsplash was put uneven it looked like he didn't sand or degloss the surface or didn't bother to put a thin set layer of mortar and spread or combed the ridges evenly. The walls wasn't smooth it had lumps. He also didn't cut the tiles from the bottom leaving the sides undone. Save your self the trouble and aggravation and find yourself a professional contractor.

Tips & Advices
In most cases, clients are not required to provide cleaning supplies when working with a commercial cleaning service. However, this can vary from company to company, and it's important that you pay close attention to the service contract to get a sense of whether the cleaning company will foot the bill for these supplies. Necessary cleaning supplies may include mops, brooms, vacuum cleaners, grout brushes, scrubbing sponges, bleach, and all-purpose degreasers.
Most commercial cleaning companies offer free estimates, so customers should not typically have to pay for a quote. In many cases, the cleaning company will conduct a site visit to take a look at your property and get a sense of what will be required to complete the job. At the end of this visit, they'll provide a cost estimate for the task.
Pricing for commercial cleaning services can vary widely, with monthly charges running anywhere from $100 to more than $5,000. Some companies charge by the hour, while others have a fixed price for each cleaning. Costs will also vary depending on the size of the facility being cleaned; some companies charge by the square foot.
Commercial cleaning services typically do background checks on all employees, but you shouldn't take this as a given. If you're thinking about hiring a cleaning company, get confirmation that they perform employee background checks. Employees at cleaning companies have access to your property and valuables, so it's essential to work with a business whose employees have been screened for theft and other crimes.
Yes, most commercial cleaners will require you to sign a service contract. A basic contract should include the contact information for both parties, explain the services being provided, any timeline expectations, and payment amounts and due dates.
