I'm sorry you were not able to get your device repaired on Monday. Our distributor showed the part in stock and ready to ship. We did not get a reply back from our distributor until Monday morning stating they were out of stock and would not have new stock for a week. Stock issues are rare but do happen. We go out of our way to take care of our customers but some things are out of our control. Some times we have to run errands first thing Monday morning so we are sorry we missed you.
