The Glass Co
Had a tenant come into their shop and find that vandals had broken the front door. The Glass Co responded immediately and had glass in the door by mid-afternoon. (GREAT customer service) However, to match the rest of the shopping center, the glass needed to be bronze - not clear. They ordered it like 6 weeks ago and I only got information when I called that the original piece arrived damaged and they had to reorder. That was 3 weeks ago and I can't get anyone to return my calls! (HORRIBLE customer service). Still waiting after 5 messages........
