If it were to give a zero star I would. Went through the drive through, ordered 2 meals. Was given our drinks then after forever our bag of food. Drove home to Willard only to realize that the burger part of one meal was missing and the other burger was wrong. I called to let them know, but wonderful teenager on the other end of the phone only offered a free meal. What?! A free meal? I just paid for the meal and wasn't given it. 20$ for an order that was wrong and the sandwich portion of the meal missing and you're going to offer me a meal I just paid for and didnt receive? Asked to speak with a manger and was again offered a free meal. Wonderful. How is this a free meal? I just paid for one I didn't receive. I asked for my money back to be told you have to return the food inorder for us to do that. Well at this point my husband has finished his wrong meal so that's clearly not going to happen. And I wasn't given my meal to return. Worst customer service ever. So disappointed on my first and last time there.

Yeah well I go to Brigham City's Carl's Jr and its ridiculous the woman who took my card handed me my food handed me my drinks and hands me my card with no receipt well then they decide to use 1 bag for 2 meals which is completely idiotic I was there today at 1:37 PM the service is trash, the customer service is garbage and if someone wants to get a hold of me my number is 801-391-4536 and my Name is Branson Nelson.. 0 Stars if I could..

We were in the drive through, we ordered a 4 for 4, and the blonde manager acted completely rude, rushed us through, and failed to give us our drink, 4 piece, and the fries with our 4 four, terrible service on the blonde womens part.

horrible rude employess on at least 6 times and cant get orders correct and even refused to cook half hour before closing because she was cleaning. Dont understand how they can keep a job or keep any business with rude remarks and actions to nice customers! And food was mostly wrong so it was bad all the way.

went to order a chicken pot pie but they already shut down cooker and it was 45 minutes before closing. We were lucky to even get chicken at this visit

used to try to eat at Subway across street from Walmart but i warn you not to go there. Rude employee and rotten food and takes forever plus once out of 5 times you might get your correct order. Dont understand how those rude women can keep a job like that

They never can get the order right and everytime it seriously takes AT LEAST 15 mins even when no one else is in line! They don't seem to know what they are doing, are not friendly and don't pay attention. We love the sonic in Logan, Ut. But have NEVER had a good experience at the Brigham City Sonic. We have boycotted it after probably 10 attempts of them screwing up everytime.

No straws, missing good items, drinks leaking all over, poorly prepared good and overly long wait times. I finally gave up & will not return. Sure you'll get some marginal food, most of your order, but long term it's not worth it!

I went through the drive up and was shorted my side dishes with the meal. I went inside and the window cashier just rolled his eyes as he looked at my receipt as though he couldn't remember the order. No appolage just a disgruntled look. I get to the car and realize he gave me beans instead of mash potatoes even though I verbally told him the sides for the second time and he read it on the receipt. I believe the employee was just taking his hatred for the job out on me the customer or he just wanted to screw my order up intentionally. Plus no napkins or straw. I will not give up on KFC as of this time, but will never revisit this location!!!
