Wilrae Inc
Wilrae was recommended to me by my dealer. I don't normally listen to my dealers as I am a car nut and do as much of the work myself but it is an RV and it needed an alignment. I was having difficulty finding a place that could handle the RV. I talked to Chris on the phone and he gave me a detailed explanation and possible charges but of course he would have to see it to say for sure. It was a bit of a haul for me but I gave it a shot. Am I glad I did. When I got in he gave me some possibilities including that it is under warranty and if they see some issues he would send me to my dealer. There would be only an evaluation fee. He came and explained what they were seeing and what they would do. He brought me to see what they were doing. It was the basic $159 for the alignment and that was it. As they weren't comfortable test driving my RV, he told me to drive it and let him know if there were any issues. In and out in 1.5 hours. Great place down the road to get breakfast also. I got such a good vibe, I will be bringing all my vehicles there for alignments or tires!

World Class Auto Repair Restoration
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!I had an oil leak on my motorcycle serviced by World Class Auto last August. Steve was very cordial at first. However, when i got the bike back it still leaked. Steve agreed to fix it again but then something went terribly wrong. He had it in November and said it would take a few weeks. He gave me his phone #. A few weeks went by and I called him. No answer. I called again. No answer. I texted and it got returned. I couldn't leave a msg because he had no voicemail. I emailed his company and no answer. Finally, after SEVERAL attempts, he answered and told me it would be a few more weeks and that he would call me. A few weeks past and he didn't call. Again, I kept attempting to reach him and NO luck. He never answered until the 10th or so try. Again he said it wasn't done. This whole process continued for months! I even considered filing a police report for a stolen motorcycle but he kept assuring me it was going to be fixed. In March I finally got it back and it STILL LEAKED! Not only that but he charged me $375 for what he called "general maintenance". I asked for an invoice when he dropped off the bike and he said he left it at the office (DOUBTFUL). He said he would email it to me but never did. I emailed again and told him if I didn't get my invoice I would file a complaint with BBB. He never sent it so I did. I am now filing negative reviews on Yelp, Google and Yahoo! so that any potential World Class Auto customer doesn't meet the unfortunate fate I have in dealing with Steve and his company.RUN!!!!

Mechanics Unlimited
CLOSED! Threw him out for non payment of rent for YEARS but not before he ripped off every parts supplier in town like All Parts ($15k) AutoZone (16k) and stole my Mercedes and then forged papers and a title in order to sell it to the other crook at Foran Motors across the street who gave him cash and a Honda Goldwing for it! A CAR THAT I PAID CASH FOR THAT HE STOLE RIGHT FROM THE PARKING LOT OF THE SUPER 8 HOTEL NEXT DOOR TO MECHANICS! Good thing I have photos of all original documents, photos of the VIN tag, videos of me driving it, over 50 photos of it with me at various places, and the sworn testimony of who sold it to me! The Illinois Secretary Of State Police are investigating this. He has steals plates for years too and then put them on cars he drove racking up fines for red light tickets and tolls for the customer! I would like to add that Robert is posting as "Richard H" below...please, by all means, call AllParts, Autozone, and the Bridgeview police to verify MY TRUE STORY!

Frank's Auto Repair & sales
I bought a 2007 Audi Q7 from Frank's Auto last week. I've been wanting this car for ever and finally decided to buy my self a birthday gift! I test drove 3 Q7s at Frank's in addition to three more at other dealers. The ones I've been finding at my budget were not in the best shape until I found this place. I selected a white 4.2 Quattro which is what I've been looking for and I think I made a good choice. The car is eye catching and has no issues. For a 9 years old car this is good. Financing was also facilitated by the dealer. Overall this was a pleasant transaction. I wish I started my search here. Thank you

Diamond Auto Sale
My need of a car was a bit spontaneous, and hadn't saved enough for the car of my liking. I had $2000, for down payment and the car was $7500 a 2007 BMW. The dealership owner was very rude and unrespectful, refusing that I even test drive that car, that the bank would not accept my deal. His employee was courteous and continue to work with me, but the owner pushed that I get however the 07 Mazda 3 which was around $5000 and with the 2 year warranty it was total of about $7000 just the car without interest, the same price as the BMW. I had felt humiliated by his treatment, and if it had not be for his employee and the aspect that I needed a car to drive to school, I would not had purchased the car with them.

Tips & Advices
Yes. New tires purchased online can often be priced lower than ones at a tire dealership. Buyers can often avoid state sales taxes and locate hard-to-find tire styles and sizes, but will still have to locate a local tire installer and pay sometimes high shipping costs.
The average cost of a set of new tires is $637, with a range of between $525-$725. In addition, installation includes mounting and balancing, alignment, and disposal of old tires.
The vehicle is raised and the old wheels are removed, then the old tires are removed from the wheels. The lug nuts, wheels, and valve stems are inspected and replaced as needed. The new tires are mounted and sealed, then inflated and balanced. The wheels are then replaced on the car. The average installation takes approximately 45 minutes.
Agencies such as the Tire Industry Association promotes tire safety through advocacy and education to the industry including: manufacture, sales, repair, service and recycling. Seek a full-service tire dealer who carries a wide variety of tire types and brands and asks about the type of driving you normally do.
  • Move your car to a safe location.
  • Turn on your car’s safety lights, apply the parking brakes and remove the hubcap if there is one.
  • Loosen the lug nuts with a lug wrench (but do not remove them), raise the vehicle with a jack and then fully remove the lugnuts.
  • Remove the flat tire and replace it with the spare tire.
  • Tighten the lug nuts by hand, lower the car and then tighten them fully with the lug wrench.

Just a moment...
