Normally I will drive out of my way to go to the other DQ in Wahpeton. For the most part this DQ has kids working there with little or no customer service skills and whatever you order is almost always short. The kids DON'T smile or say thank you. They don't give you a receipt and lose it unless you ask for it right away. On a positive note I stopped at this DQ today and a young man, Austin, waited on me. He was very pleasant and smiled offering options to my choices. If I knew this kids hours there I would go more often. The manager/owner needs to consider having him train new and older employees focusing on customer service. Excellent experience Austin!
