Star Auto Service
By referral, I took my 2003 Elantra, to Star Automotive(my car has seen many mechanics in its 14 years with me), for a real good preventive maintenance job, to prepare it for my granddaughter, who will now use it. Jeff Shore, was truly honest and just as kind as could be.. When we picked it up, there was still a noise in the steering needing adjusted.. (mind you, they replaced timing built, with water pump, tuned it up, checked all of it out..), and it had a leak. We returned it for Jeff to look at. Next day, we picked it up..No charge. Noise gone..not a leak we can see. The radiator was changed, due to a leak..because it was not leaking when we brought it, Star did not charge us, took on the responsibility of it.I was amazed at the HONESTY, and SINCERITY of their business. I am in "awe" of them, and definitely will return. I don't do reviews often, but made a point to do so about Star Automotive, and the kind Service we received..Thank you Star! We are grateful, and appreciate you all!♡♡

Tips & Advices
You should change your oil filter whenever you change your oil, that is, approximately every 7,500 miles.
A oil filter is a device that helps remove contaminants from motor oil as it passes through the engine. A pump pushed the oil through the filter where it is strained and goes back to the engine.
High-mileage oil contains special conditioners that are said to help prevent gaskets from drying out and thus preventing leaks. This can be beneficial to engines with many miles on them.
Synthetic oil costs more than conventional oil, but the price is offset by the need for less frequent oil changes due to the oil’s durability.
Tools needed to change your own oil include jack stands or ramps, a wrench, an oil filter wrench, an oil drip pan, funnel, replacement oil filter, and replacement oil.
