Dolly Parton's Dixie Stampede
Dixie Stampede doe not COMP bus drivers.....SHAME SHAME SHAME,,,,The Herchend Family who owns Dixie Stampede,,Silver Dollar City,,and The Grand Village Shops are Tight Wads,,,,I brought 56 people to the show, but because the group went thru a ticket agency they did not include the driver for dinner and show.....The only way I could even just see the show part without dinner was to pay......TOUR OPERATORS: Don't assume Dixie Stampede will Comp the driver like ALL OTHER SHOWS IN BRANSON.....They Don'tDolly Parton is a front name,,,Herchend Family are tight wads........Want the bus business but don't want to take care of the drivers....

Dublin Irish Tenors and Celtic Ladies
A fantastic evening but much too short. The music; Irish favorites, music from the forties, operatic pieces, inspirational and more, was beautifully performed. Unbelievable voices individually and as groups. Amazing when the groups sang together. The scenes and costumes were very well done. A must see.

The Elite Cinema III
Purchased 2 "Jumbo for Two" at concession stand which consisted of: 2 Drinks - 1 Jumbo Popcorn - Free Refills (listed just like they have it) for $16.50 each = $33.00. After the movie we went to refill our drinks and were told the drinks were not included in the refills. We inquired of the manager who confirmed and asked why they advertised free refills if there really weren't. He said that is was just for the popcorn. We told him that's not what the advertisement indicates. He looked quite young. I was amazed at how young he looked and he said he was 26 and had been working there 5 years. He also said he knew what the sign said because he was the one who put the wording together. I told him it was misleading and he agreed that it probably needed changing but he didn't make it right. I know it won't break the bank to fill two of our 4 drinks as we requested based upon the ad but he said he's not going to get into it with me how much each drink costs them and how much they make off each drink. Yep. He sure did. Brandon was his name. I guess they trained him to be a soda jerk before becoming a manager.

Just a moment...
