Germany Dental
I can't begin to tell you how Professional John Germany and his staff are. One of the best experience I have had with a dentist in a very long time. I was referred to Germany Dental and I knew that it was pass time for me to get my teeth fixed just needed a dentist that would listen and realize just how bad my teeth were and that it was time for new ones.I was very impressed with Germany Dental and he knew without a doubt my teeth needed to come out.The Friday before Christmas of 2015 I went in to have the top pulled I was treated with such respect and care. I done as I was told and healed up great. Six week checkup had the final hard alignment done and Casey done a great job.One very important thing all patients need to remember is to do exactly as they tell you to and you will heal up great!!Thanks John for giving me my smile and confidence back.

I was so pleased with my first visit to Mayatte Family Dentist. The receptionist was so sweet. She even worked me in knowing my schedule is odd. Then the hygienist came to get me. Rather than getting to work right away she asked me to tell some things about myself. Made it seem more personal than a job. Throughout my cleaning she would explain exactly what she was doing and why it needed to be done. Loved that the tv with the X-rays was right in front of me so she could show me exactly what she saw. I just cannot say how nice the whole staff was. It was a very clean office as well. Highly recommend.

Germany Dental
I just completed the process of 4 implants and a permanent bar attached to those implants. I have had soft teeth and problems with my teeth all my life. I got my upper denture at 29. I would not let anyone remove the 2 caps I had on the bottom because of all the horror stories with bottom plates. what Germany dental did for my was a dream come true!! For me to have a lower set of teeth that do not move, gives me so much confidence that I did not have before. Their work is GREAT!!!1 Thanks Patti & Dr Germany!!

Germany Dental
I've been seeing Dr. Germany for years and I wouldn't go anywhere else! He treats everyone like family and he's a perfectionist. I went in a few weeks ago and had a crown. Now, I've been to other dentist for crowns, and it was a huge ordeal and expensive. With Dr. Germany, I went in on a Tuesday and had my permanent crown the very next day! The work was remarkable! Dr G is the man for in Brandon if you're looking for a dentist!

Johnston, Brian E Dr
Needed a wisdom tooth extracted and a filling for another tooth...Dr. Johnston explains things well, and makes you feel comfortable about the procedure. He and his staff also were very friendly and make you feel welcome and at ease. Through the entire process, I felt no pain. Later that evening, he personally called to see how I was doing. I believe he is truly gifted at his profession and would definitely recommend.

In the process of getting some major work done. I feel like Dr. Germany and the entire staff at Germany Dental Group is giving me first class treatment. They have greatly eased my dental anxiety, and made the entire process go smoothly, thus far. I will definitely recommend them to anyone I know. I have a long road ahead of me until we are done, but I look forward to having the smile I have always dreamed of having.

I'll have to agree with Anthony H.Absolutely best dental clinic I have ever used. The hygenists are very skilled and provide wonderful service. The entire staff has been very pleasant during every visit. The dentists explain in detail their processes and make you feel comfortable to let them work on your teeth. I have never been more confident and happy with my smile as I am now that I've gone to Mayette Family Clinic.

I am so pleased with Mayette Family Dentistry. I just moved to the area and had to bring my THREE little ones with me. The front desk rocked my baby while the big girls played on their iPads. They took such care to make sure I was comfortable. I had a fantastic cleaning & Dr Burke was so kind. For the first time ever, I can now say that I will not dread my next appointment. Very pleased!

So many doctors offices are people going through the motions of a job but at Mayatte they are a very friendly, professional group that make you feel welcome from the time you come through the door. They have done a great job taking care of me. I have been going to this clinic for a couple of years now and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist office.
Tips & Advices
This depends on the prosthetic.
  • Dental implants, when cared for properly, can last a lifetime.
  • Crowns typically last between 10-15 years.
  • Resin-bonded bridges typically last between seven  and 10 years. Tooth-supported fixed bridges generally wear out faster than this.
  • Removable partial dentures typically last around 15 years.
  • Complete dentures typically last between five and six years.
The entire process for adding dental implants could take as long as eight months. There are three phases:
  • Phase 1: Grafting. This may take between three and six  months.
  • Phase 2: Artificial root placement. This may take one to two  hours to complete and will take between three and six  months to heal.
  • Phase 3: Crown placement. This is usually done over the course of two visits, two weeks apart.
One dental implant typically costs $1,000-$3,000. However, the abutment (a connector added onto the top of a dental implant) and crown can add $500-$3,000. Multiple dental implants may cost $3,000-$30,000. A full set of implant dentures may cost as much as $90,000, though the average is around $34,000.
A dental implant is a titanium post shaped like a natural tooth's root that is surgically inserted into the jawbone beneath the gums. These posts allow dentists to secure a replacement tooth or bridge in the correct position.
Maxillofacial prosthesis is a subspecialty of prosthodontics. A maxillofacial prosthesis is meant to rehabilitate patients who have defects or disabilities due to trauma, disease, or those that a patient is has from birth. The prosthesis is designed to replace parts of the bone or tissue that are missing, or to help restore functions of the mouth, such as swallowing, chewing, or speaking. Other prostheses are created to protect the face during radiation therapy. Dentists that work with maxillofacial prostheses often collaborate closely with ear, nose, and throat doctors.
