This place is awful. I don't know how they keep so many patients, but I think it's because they are the only place in town you can get into quickly. They are so unprofessional and cancel appts without telling you, give your child's appts away to another child without telling you. You have to keep track of when your evaluation expires because they won't tell you and it expires every 6 months. You will show up and have no appt. Also, every time you need a new evaluation you have to start completely over and wait for a therapist to be available and even then you may not get the same therapist you were previously working with, and if the therapist recommends twice a week you will probably only be seen once a week. They scheduled my son for 2 different therapies on the same day at the same time. Even the receptionist said to me, well that's not even possible. No kidding. Then I was told I would get a call back after she spoke to the director. It's been a week and I've heard nothing. I don't even know if my son has therapy today. They never call back when they say they will. NEVER. I'll be pulling my son out of that place and please don't think I'm just being an uptight person. I thought the same when I was warned about this place. They really are that bad.

  • Just plain horrible in every way

We trusted oue doctor's referral to this therapist and it has a nice website. Our entire experience here was miserable from the start to finish. People never return their calls, the billing and insurance stuff is a nightmare, scheduling is completely unreliable and the therapist was horrible! I wish I had known and post this to spare just one other person of this terrible experience.

  • Beware!

Our insurance decided to stop covering speech therapy. Beth Ingram decided to keep approving visits for my son while I didn't know that insurance did not cover the visits. They are horrible with sending bills in a timely fashion so I received a bill after I asked for it 5 months later... now at $45 a session for once a week for 5 months you can see our bill is ridiculous! And of course they take no blame on this! Beware! Go thru Hillsborough County School District to get services. I have been very happy with them!

  • beware

Beware of company. Good experience with my therapist, but owners are out to make money and rip off people
