Animal Clinic of Brandon
Friendly staff and a well maintained facility. Every place you go has good and bad, I have had only one "bad (if you want to call it that)" experience here and it was only due to being advised to buy a product that I ended up not needing Again, it was a suggestion based on we thought was the issue, no one made me buy anything. It was a shampoo, nothing big. Beyond that though all 3 of my dogs have been treated well and taken care of. The staff treats every pet as if it were theirs. They reach out and check in on your pet after a surgery, they call and remind you if medications are running low or if your pet is up for a booster shot or just a check up. They go the extra mile to make sure you and your pet are comfortable and taken care of. I absolutely love this Clinic and will continue to use them.

I didn't have a bad experience here. However, it is not the cleanest store. Sadly, I probably would not adopt any pets from here. Especially not the cats or fish. Cat adoption spot is small and very smelly. Bad urine/ammonia smell. It was too warm in there as well. Sad. The fishtanks did not look very appealing either. Overall I think the store is older and could use updates. Employees were friendly, on a plus...

Animal Clinic of Brandon
We have taken our pets here for over 15 years. Dr Scott is the Dr we usually see. We currently have 2 pugs, and 2 cats. The care we receive is outstanding, they do not recommended procedures that are not necessary, he also takes the time to talk to us and advise us on appropriate care for our little ones. I have recommend this this doctor to my family and friends.

I went to the Animal Clinic recently and they took amazing care of my dog. The front desk staff was very friendly and knowledgeable and the doctor was very professional. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone who truly cares about their animal. Thanks for the great service!
Tips & Advices
Pet owners usually sign a waiver stating that any injury or illness a dog suffers while at daycare is the responsibility of the owner. However, most facilities carry liability insurance and pet business insurance in the event of a serious incident. To prevent illness, facilities are strict about requiring proof of vaccination and general health from a veterinarian prior to accepting a dog. However, in an off-leash setting, scuffles or fights might occur. Reputable facilities will often hire vet assistants who can treat minor injuries and under-the-weather dogs.  For anything more serious, a good daycare should make it a priority to get the dog to a vet, and get in immediate contact with the owner.
