Lori Marshall. Lets put this in perspective for everyone. 1. you have NEVER been in our store. 2. You are nothing more than an ignorant extremist animal rights activist. 3. We do not "milk" snakes..(snakes do not have udders like bovine(cows)). 4. we "extract" snake venoms for research on cancer, diabetes, pain relievers, etc. 5. If you did your research you would have found out that we have never "sold" snake venoms to anyone..we however have DONATED many venoms for research...get a clue...stop being a hater....its ridiculous.

Alexandra C. , after speaking with the Vet, he stated that your boyfriends actions were the direct result of the snakes death. We told your boyfriend this, and also informed him that we could order another python for him, however he would have to pay for the snake. Honestly, i personally would not feel comfortable selling him another snake after he disclosed to me how he improperly took care of it in the first place.

Great place to shop for all your critters and garden supplies. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. I drive from St Pete to buy my feed and bedding. Their prices make it worth the drive.

I never had a problem with any of his pets it's to bad he retired from the pet business. Oh and by the way the reason he put pets in a closet is either there expecting or they just had babies.

Tips & Advices
Pet owners usually sign a waiver stating that any injury or illness a dog suffers while at daycare is the responsibility of the owner. However, most facilities carry liability insurance and pet business insurance in the event of a serious incident. To prevent illness, facilities are strict about requiring proof of vaccination and general health from a veterinarian prior to accepting a dog. However, in an off-leash setting, scuffles or fights might occur. Reputable facilities will often hire vet assistants who can treat minor injuries and under-the-weather dogs.  For anything more serious, a good daycare should make it a priority to get the dog to a vet, and get in immediate contact with the owner.
