I hired this company because of the excellent reviews about Nelson and his work. He did not disappoint. He was very prompt, professional, knowledgeable and definitely takes pride in his work. I will definitely be calling him again for my pool deck and driveway. He cares about his customers

Nelson is one of the most professional contractors I have had the pleasure of employing. His prices are reasonable, he is timely and completes the work to the customer's satisfaction before leaving. I would, and have, highly recommended him to neighbors.Thomas KennedyVenice, FL

Nelson Molina is fair, reliable, and extremely efficient. He strives to satisfy my personal needs. He completed my garage, removed popcorn ceiling, painted PLUS did my driveway, walkways, and front patio. His work is superior and NO MORE ugly cracks, and chipping concrete. Extremely satisfied and reasonable costs.

I hired Nelson Molina last year to design our walkway after we had a new driveway installed.......he did an amazing job with it. He also painted the new drive to match the walkway. After the walkway was done, I hired him to put in a backyard patio and walkway. He does great work and he is very helpful if you have any questions along the way..He is now painting the whole interior of our house. If you need any work done, Nelson is the man!Nancy Perrone

Nelson is an honest hard working man. He will work hard for a reasonable price. He worked with us until we were happy. We kept expanding the job and he stayed with us for three weeks. He and Mumfredo were tireless. Our drive way and house are the envy of the neighborhood. Mike and Stacey Brebaugh

Tips & Advices
Resurfacing, where a contractor removes and replaces the top layer of concrete, is a middle ground between multiple patch jobs and a complete replacement.
Homeowners should work with a concrete contractor who is either certified by or a member of one or more trade organizations for high-quality results. These individuals adhere to professional guidelines and are versed in industry and safety standards. Such organizations include: American Concrete Institute (ACI) American Society of Concrete Contractors (ASCC) and National Ready Mixed Concrete Association (NRMCA).

Wet concrete can irritate the skin or cause first-, second-, or third-degree chemical burns. Cement dust contains silica, which damages the lungs and can lead to cancer or silicosis. Many concrete mixtures contain cement, so homeowners should be careful if contractors create the concrete on site. Anyone who touches wet concrete or dust should wash their skin with soap and cold water.
Colored concrete is created by blending liquid, granular or powdered iron oxide pigments with natural concrete. These pigments are either mined directly from the earth or manufactured in a chemical plant.
