Green Eyed Motors
Buying a car has always been a terrifying ordeal for me, but when I found Luke Walch, the owner of Green Eyed Motors, all that changed. Luke is the most conscious car broker I've ever known. When I needed a newer car, I told him all my specifications and he showed me his elegant software that searches cars all over the country. Every inch of the car I chose was photographed and he guaranteed the car would be everything he promised. And it was! I got it for $2,000 under Blue Book at a terrific price and I am totally satisfied. I've recommended Luke to many friends, and I know they will get the same excellent attention to their automotive needs as I did.

Super Rupair
Have been taking my legacy here for several years and recently bought a forester that we've been taking here for routine maintenance as well. I love this place. I have never had a problem or bad experience here and in fact have taken my legacy in several times to get a second opinion regarding a repair that another shop said I "needed," only to have them tell me that wasn't the case. I fully trust them to give me accurate information and they are always reasonable on price and time needed to finish the job, and they have a great selection of used parts as well. I don't really trust any other repair shops but super rupair.

Although their shop's street image is rundown looking and hard to find, Toby and Mark did a fine job fixing my ML320's leaking steering rack. This involved removing the rack and coordinating its rebuilding, reinstallation, and ball-park wheel alignment setting. All was done within the time estimated and the price agreed to. While this was the most significant work they did on my car in the last 8 years, they always were reasonable in their pricing and competent in their work. While a little extra tenderness on the phone would be appreciated, I think their work earns the 5-star rating.

Haglin Automotive
My car was stranded in evergreen totally dead. AAA recommended Haglin, and I thought that I would give it a shot. I was very happy with my experience. They gave me an estimate a few hours after opening. I called around and chatted with my mechanic friend, and their price was lower than the friend price I would have gotten elsewhere. The owner spoke with me on multiple occasions, and came in on a saturday(when the shop was closed) to get me my car back. I have never seen any business owner go to such great lengths for their customers.

Super Rupair
"I drove all the way from Havre, MT passing multiple ""certified dealership service shops"" just to get to Super Rupair based on the rave reviews I received from other subaru owners. The drive was well worth it based on a few simple facts: the staff was extremely knowledgeable about my specific model ad year of vehicle, the recommendations were based in both fact and history, and not only were they honest but they guarantee their work for 18 months. Thanks so much guys!9 months ago"

Flatirons Subaru
Sales department was top notch. I went though edmunds.com/internet sales and was quoted a good price on my 2015 Forester. They installed the few extra options I wanted. Now at 5000 miles I was ready to purchase an extra set of wheels and snow tires for the winter. The parts department would only consider OEM wheels that I considered too expensive. Went to a local Discount Tire store and got handsome aftermarket alloys with a set of Blizzaks and saved $600.

I am so grateful for the care and service I can always count on with you guys. I just want my car to go. I don't want to have it be a big deal in my life, and you make it so easy and non-scary when I need a repair. It feels so good to know that everything is always handled quickly, honestly and at a fair price. I love that the same guys have been working there for years, that says a lot about a company. You are my dream team. Thank you!

Super Rupair
Love Super Rupair! My car wouldn't start the other day, I had it towed to Rupair and they looked at it right away. It ended up being a simple, cheap fix, and they got me back on the road within an hour. They are always honest and only suggest repairs that really need to get done. It is so reassuring to work with an honest repair shop, I wouldn't take my car anywhere else.

Mark and Toby are ALWAYS honest, something that as a woman is hard to find!! They take the time to explain what is wrong with my car, and fix it quickly. They are always willing to have me get a second opinion, which says a lot, and I have never had an issue with the service. Also, I like going to a local independent shop,

Super Rupair
Super Rupair has been providing service and repairs for my Subaru cars -- three of them -- since 2002. They also service my wife's Forester. I've been happy with all the work done, the technicians I've talked to, and the front desk personnel. We'll be back and we'll tell others to take their Subaru vehicles to S-R as well.
Tips & Advices
Among the common scams pulled are needless repairs, where a garage charges you for work that isn't necessary. Another popular one is attracting customers through a cheap oil change or tire pressure check. Then, when you your car is being repaired, they give you a long list of other corrections they'd like to make, therefore boosting the total cost of your bill. The best way to combat these types of problems is getting a written estimate before work is done so you can see how much repairs are expected to cost. If the final bill is higher than the estimate projected, ask to specifically see the work. Make sure information is put in writing as well. If a problem remains, you can have proof that work was not done to your satisfaction.
For winter driving, features such as the defroster, heater and exhaust system are paramount. Look in your owner's manual for specific directions on how features should be checked and repaired. Many newer cars have a cabin air filter that can be replaced when needed, allowing warm air to continue to flow in. Also, check tires before winter driving, as they need to be at the proper pressure to perform well on snow and ice.
In the spring and summer, you want to be sure your air conditioner and cooling systems work correctly. Given the high temperatures, overheating is a common problem. Look over the system by ensuring there is enough coolant available. If it needs to be refilled, it is best to open the hood and add more to the car before it gets too warm out. Also, clean out fan ducts and other ventilation sources necessary for summertime driving.
Some fixes to your car can be done without paying a specialist. Issues like replacing oil and air filters are relatively simple, with instructions provided in the owner's manual on how to make these changes. The same goes for replacing broken windshield wipers or burnt-out headlights. Such issues should be repaired quickly to guarantee safety, but don't require a visit to a garage.
Yes. Not every type of auto repair work needs to be done by a certified mechanic. You can fix some of a vehicle's issues just by paying attention to how the automobile is running and having a basic understanding of auto repair. Look over the ways weather may impact your car and what preventative measures you can take to avoid having to take it into the shop.
