Georgetown Cupcake
I was visiting the area from out of town and wanted to try out this chain because I've seen the reality show filmed at their D.C. location and wanted to see if these cupcakes lived up to the hype. They definitely do. I surprised myself and ordered a coconut cupcake (I like coconut, but it's not something I would ordinarily order). It was extremely good. My only complaint is that it wasn't bigger. Went back and got another coconut cupcake. The offerings seemed pretty basic: chocolate, vanilla, strawberry, oreo, but I bet they were all a cut above your basic cupcake. Wish I would have tried more kinds.

Boston Party Bus
I rented a 55 person party trolley for my son's 21st birthday party. He is a student at Boston College and I wanted something safe and different. Gideon picked them up right in front of their apartments. My son and his friends told me it was one of the best times they had ever had! They danced and partied in a safe environment. Gideon was their driver and he communicated with me every step of the way! It was worth every penny! I highly recommend this company!

Food is good. Had the waffle cheese steak sandwich. Loved it. Wife loved her waffle salad. Kids liked the burgers, pizza, and Mac N cheese. Dessert was amazing. Had the chocolate mess. Cake, chocolate, fruit, and ice cream. One order was enough for the table.Pricy for what you get. I thought it would have been reasonable if every thing was $3-$5 less. Kids meals were $9, my sandwich $16.Service was subpar. Waiter inattentive and slow.

This place is one of my favorite restaurants in Boston. I am an absolute regular. Brunch is fabulous, especially their bloody mary menu. The blue cheese stuffed olives melt in your mouth. Their cod entree is the best, its has an interesting twist with New England chowder. Everyone is super friendly and the service is unbelievable. Their warm chocolate cake is to die for. The bar is pretty as well as all of the employees and patrons.

Given that they've got the view I expected the food to be really sub-par, and the drinks overpriced. It is pricey, but man that was one of the best -- and biggest -- dirty vodka martinis I've ever had. And the apps we got were really good. Mussels in white wine sauce with delicious warm bread for dipping. Go in the afternoon when it's easier to score a window-side table, and then it's worth it.

Summer Shack
I only had the oysters and wine so my review is limited but what I had was great. The oysters were exceptionally fresh and expertly shucked, hardly a shell shard in them. The wine list was surprising for the location, there were a lot of excellent white seafood friendly wines to choose from. My oyster experience was better than Legal and almost as good as B&G.

Mamma Maria
Excellent restaurant.Waiter was very courteous and attentive without being too attentive. Gave honest opinions when asked about food items. Had oysters for appetizer. Brought 4 baked. Very good. For main course, our party had bistecca, lasagna, and rabbit pasta. Everyone enjoyed. Glass of wine was a good serving.Pricy, but worth it.

Summer Shack
We absolutely love The Shack!! The bartender is great and once he sees us walk in the door, he makes sure there are 2 seats at the bar and has our drinks waiting there for us before we even sit down. Can't get any better service than that! If you haven't been there, it's definitely worth it!!

Summer Shack
We had mussels for apps which were good. My bf had the fish special of the day, but was not too impressed. I had the Clambake, deterring from my favorite dish, Shack Bouillabaisse. The Clambake did not have the flavoring of the Bouillabaisse. Slight d

Nice ambiance and friendly service. Somewhat frustrated that they were out of the 'special' beer and dessert fromSt Patty's menu one day earlier. Salad wedge was good, pork chop was good but nothing was excellent.
Tips & Advices
A plant guarantee covers the buyer that if a plant doesn’t survive the guaranteed amount of time (usually one year, but sometimes up to 5), the plant will be replaced. This does not cover annuals, which have a life cycle of only 1 year.
How often to water a grass lawn depends on the climate, the type of soil that surrounds your property, and how deep the root system of your grass grows. A general rule for watering is: every day during summer in warm climates. This rule can be modified if lawns are older, or the climate cooler. For mature well-rooted lawns, deeper but less-frequent waterings are recommended as being healthier than daily 15-minute rinses.
Fruit trees should be watered different frequency of times depending when they were planted. Younger trees, up to the second growing season, should be watered twice a week. Make sure to give up to 1 full gallon of water weekly to newly planted trees during their growing season, and more when it’s gaining  eaves. Once the tree reaches mature fruit-bearing stage, waterings can be cut back, as the roots are sunk and can find ground water.
The question of when to plant fruit trees really depends on climate. The general rules are: You should not plant fruit trees when the ground is frozen, when the peak daytime temperature is more than 90 degrees Fahrenheit, or when the forecast shows extreme weather (i.e. a tornado warning). Aside from those rules, the suggested planting times are either fall (which most people recommend) or spring (for bare-root trees).
There are many kits sold on the market that measure soil pH levels. Dyes, test strips, and electronic pH meters are all formulated to assist the home gardener. Many people choose to simply shake up soil and distilled water, and then measure the pH with a hand-held meter However, some people consider this method not very useful, and suggest using a lab for greater accuracy.
