Full Life Injury Rehab Services
My best friend is athletic. He has a workout schedule. He boasts a body fat percentage in the single digits. And no this is not a personal add for him. Me, on the other hand, couch surfing & the once a week yoga class (that he has to bride me to come to with promises of food after wards) is about all the "activity" I'm getting these days.

Wise Wellness Physiotherapy Centre
Judy kept checking to make sure I felt warm, comfortable, at right pressure, etc... I really liked that she is a good listener and very attentive to my needs. When I do come here in the future, I will definitely come back to her.

For the Love of Art & Massage
Wow!! I went in for a post-natal massage and was very specific about what areas I needed help with. Miranda concentrated on those areas with a combo of deep tissue massage and cupping. She didn't waste time and got strait to the pain relief! Next time I'm in town, I will definitely book with her again! Fantastic!

Massage Journey
I have been going to private yoga sessions with Anita for the past year and have averaged one hot stone massage per month. Anita is highly intuitive when it comes to assessing the services that will best benefit her clients. I suffer from migraines and have gone to do yoga several times when my head was bothering me. Anita always adjusts the plan for our session to incorporate practices that will help elevate my headache such as breathing, meditation, stretching, massaging my head and Reiki. Getting hot stone massages has also been a wonderful treat that I wish I could afford to do on a weekly basis. If you are looking for a great massage therapist and private yoga instructor to add to your self-care regimen, I highly recommend Anita at Massage Journey.

Massage Journey
I have been taking private yoga lessons from Anita for about a year. After some major back surgery, I had to take a break from yoga, so I am having hot stone massages instead. Like many massage thereapists, Anita uses hot stones in her hands after having done an initial part of the session with her bare hands. But then she goes further by putting the stones on spots that her hands have already identified as being in need of special attention. It's like having customized mini-heating pads on your body! They are incredibly relaxing, and they make such a difference in the outcome. Although it might sound strange, my favorite part is when she turns the stones that she is using on my face to their edges and continues the facial masssage. I leave the sessions not only relaxed, but feeling better than I have in days.

Massage Journey
Massage Journey is wonderful! I have been going there for my massages for many years now and couldn't imagine going any place else! The therapist is very knowledgeable about how the body is connected and what to work on when you have sore spots. The hot stones are really relaxing. A true professional! A great massage and a therapist you can stick with!

Rose's Therapeutic Massage
Rose is the best massage therapist I have had work on me. I come to Boise three or four times a year and always schedule two or more appointments with her. I have had her work on me over the past four years. She an find places that need work that I don't know exist. She tailors each massage to how you feel. Cannot say enough about hr work!

Elements Massage
This place is absolutely horrible!!! I wanted to save $$ on massages so I signed up for their monthly wellness program, and oh my goodness...trying to get out of that contract was ridiculous. I was belittled and insulted by the desk staff and had to pay an exorbitant fee to get out of the contract, which they advertise as easy to cancel. Yeah, RIGHT! NEVER can I recommend this place.

Rose's Therapeutic Massage
Rose has a unique approach to massage, first giving the client a sense of comfort, then explaining the reasons why she is doing something, then going on to complete the task at hand. Her calm nature and expertise, as well as her good nature, almost immediately set me at ease. Her experienced massage completely took away my aches and pains and left me feeling rejuvenated, but calm..... This therapist is definately one to take a chance on!
Tips & Advices
At the first appointment with a physical therapist, Expect an overall assessment of your condition, which may include exercises to understand your range of motion, balance, and strength. Based on that information, the therapist can then design a regimen.
Physical therapists can work in a variety of environments. While many choose to work in a physical therapy clinic, others will operate out of hospitals and are also able to make house calls to help patients who need in-home assistance and rehabilitation.
Physical therapists can specialize in sports medicine, women's health, geriatric, neurologic, orthopedic, pediatric, and cardiovascular and pulmonary conditions, among others.
See a physical therapist following a serious muscle or bone injury, especially if pain doesn't go away within a few days, is recurring and dull, or is frequent and sharp. Book an appointment if medication is not helping or if your doctor recommends it.
The majority of health insurance plans do include physical therapy treatment, but the amount covered and the co-pay for patients varies person-to-person. Medicare and workers’ compensation both cover physical therapy.
