Trader Joe's
Fun, convenient, and inexpensive - and there are always interesting options to mix up the menu, like fresh figs. RTE foods are hit and miss, as are the frozen dinners - the Mandarin Chicken is good for meat-eaters, and as a vegetarian I can usually find healthy options for myself. Their produce section is much-maligned for not being fresh, but I have always gotten fresh produce there - the potatoes tend to sprout pretty quickly if not used, but I think that might have to do with them not being sprayed? In general, I love going to this store - you just hit a bad dish every once in a while.Oh, and the cookie butter is just like any other speculoos spread - biscoff at Winco is the same exact thing.

This Albertson's is by far the best one in the Boise area. Kay is a top notch cashier and is loved by all. Sandy is a great cashier. The other cashiers are always good too. The pharmacy is phenomenal. Gordon, Shelly, Dina, Vanessa and all the other pharmacy people are knowledgeable and very helpful. Everyone from produce to meat counter to grocery are so helpful and friendly. The growler station run by Tyler and his cohorts is a great place to to try great beer and be treated as if you are the most important person in front of them. Great people at the South Federal Way Columbia Village Albertson's in Boise!!!

This is the third year I have called this Albertson store to place an order for a friend who lives close and is legally blind. Each time, the person or people I have talked to have been so accomadating, and helpful. My friend loves receiving all the goodies as life has become challenging for him to get about as he did in days gone by.Thank you today to Wade Everhardt.
