Kiel, Robert Law Office
In March 2014 my condition had worsened and my doctors advised me to quit working. I was terrified. I had no health insurance and my home was in foreclosure. I needed help and someone I could trust.I called the big name firm that advertises on television. I spoke to their representative for about fifteen and had to remind him what my name was twice. The next day I made an appointment to meet with Luis at Robert Kiel’s Tamarac office.Luis and I spoke for the better part of an hour during which he answered all my questions. Retaining Mr. Kiel’s services is the best decision I could have made. This is a complicated process and I had a million questions and concerns and never was I made to feel like I was being a nuisance. As a matter of fact they are so caring, I called and hung up before they answered and Luis called me and asked me if I called! You will not get that kind of individual attention at the big name firm. My case was approved in September 2014 and I felt as if I was his only client and he truly cared about me personally. You could not ask for anything more. He is amazing. Lisa L. 10/10/14

Letter of Commendation regarding Attorney Robert F. Kiel: Drama aside, words cannot express how helpful Robert Kiel was in my hour of need when my disability occurred. It was a particularly difficult case as I have many acute and chronic maladies which were handled in a concise and efficient manner. My case was especially challenging with many aspects to it. Robert Kiel was helpful in dealing with a vast amount of information and did his utmost in handling my case with great direction and follow-up. His acumen in his field was, and continues to be, most welcome in dealing with my case and illnesses. He is deserving of one's highest commendation. I may be reached at phone number: 954-436-6144, or email: occor4-d31@comcast.net. Sincerely, Peter R. Molinari.

Bogen Robert L
I cannot speak highly enough of Mr. Robert Bogen. Mr. Bogen has helped me tremendously at a time that was extremely stressful for me with regard to the child custody of my son. Never once did I have to wait for a response when I needed his help. He is very kind, understanding, honest and extremely smart and logical. He understood me always and guided me through my process to the end. Even through times when there were emergencies that came up he was there for me, including when he was on a family vacation out of the country he responded and instructed me what I needed to get done. I admire him greatly and have the utmost respect for him. I would recommend Mr. Bogen without a second thought to anyone who has a similar situation in life.

Senior Justice Law Firm
Michael and the team at Senior Justice Law Firm helped me through a tough personal injury case. I cannot thank them enough for what they did for me. I had all my medical bills paid and Michael was able to secure a large enough settlement for me to receive thousands in pain and suffering. The most crucial characteristic about Mr. Brevda is that he really cares about his clients (a rarity with lawyers!)If you were injured and need a hard-working, personable and all around great injury lawyer on your side, you need to speak with attorney Michael Brevda and his team at Senior Justice Law Firm. Kiel, Robert Law Office
I am very grateful that I was recommended to contact Robert Kiel for my disability attorney. He and Luiz are extremely knowledgeable about the process and everything they said would happen did. I have been chronically ill for several years with multiple impairments and working full time became impossible. It’s nice to know that there is an attorney and assistant that understand the situation, provide excellent assistance and details. I would highly recommend The Law Office of Robert Kiel to anyone that becomes disabled.

RLC Appraisals, Inc.
Robyn at RLC Appraisals was incredibly knowledgable about IRS requirements for Estate settlement and the donation process and helped me and my siblings settle our mother's estate. She was friendly and thorough and really simplified what seemed to the three of us a truly daunting task. Thank you, thank you. We couldn't have asked for a better team to help us with such a personal and overwhelming process!
Tips & Advices
When it comes time to choose a lawyer, you should start by searching close to home. If you do have attorneys you are familiar with, ask who they believe would be best for you. After going through personal references - especially from individuals who had similar needs - you should broaden your search through public information resources. You can call your area's attorney referral service or check legal organizations like Martindale-Hubbell. There are other resources available online, such as yellowpages.com. You can check websites for client reviews and other third-party forms of approval.
If you sign documents and you come across a word you don't recognize, or you need help to navigate important employment or real estate paperwork. Also, during times when personal matters intersect with legal proceedings, you might need to have an advocate to prevent your emotions from getting in the way. If you've been accused of a crime or are in a terrible financial situation, you can find an attorney who will work with what you have available.
When you hire a lawyer, you're agreeing to work with someone over a certain period of time. The more forthcoming the lawyer appears to be with individual needs, the better.
  • You need to ask questions about how the attorney will communicate with you and what responsibilities you hold in the relationship.
  • The attorney should let you know the best channel for quick communication and you need to inform him or her when you want updates.
  • You should also ask questions to get to know the attorney as an individual in order to ensure this is a person you can trust. Ask about their legal philosophy and how he or she views the lawyer/client relationship. Ask as how to keep fees down or what daily disruptions you should expect from a long legal battle.
You need to ask about every possible fee that will come up when working with an attorney. You should request a list of all costs in advance so you won't be surprised by additional expenses like overhead. Also determine exactly when you will start being billed. You want to inspect paperwork carefully. If the attorney charges you for his or her experience, you need to make sure he or she will perform tasks personally and not hand it off to an assistant. Find out if the attorney has a flat fee or charges by the hour. Many civil lawyers work on contingency. Make inquiries about how the lawyer plans to provide service for your money and what you can do if you start to feel unsatisfied with his or her performance.
You can ask how many similar cases they have handled and if they have special skills or training that applies specifically to your needs. Lawyers can't mention clients by name, but you should ask for basic details about identical past cases. You should check their office for the appropriate certifications and diplomas. You can also ask how long he or she has practiced law and request information that demonstrates the practice's success. Look for precise details such as percentage of cases settled out of court.
