Pain from a severely abscessed front tooth led me to Dr. Arrington. This was the emergency of all emergencies. I called Dr. Arrington and was told to come right in. I was so glad to be sent straight to the exam room instead of some long wait in the waiting room. Dr. Arrington showed me on the x-rays that the pain was from an abscess caused by a deteriorated root. He patiently explained why the tooth couldn’t be saved, and showed me the options for a bridge, or for an implant, and gave me the total cost for each up-front. I chose to get a porcelain bridge. Dr. Arrington did not pressure me any at all to choose the more expensive implant. He got me out of pain, removed the tooth, fixed me up with a temporary flipper on the spot so that I never went without a front tooth, and sent me along my way looking like nothing had ever been wrong. And I never felt a thing. He took such time in making sure that the color on the temporary matched my other teeth exactly as if the temporary was going to be permanent. If he was this meticulous in matching a temporary, I just knew I was at the right place to get a permanent bridge. And indeed both bridges were perfect in fit, and color. I haven’t had a single minute’s bother since. I highly recommend Dr. Arrington and Dental Urgent Care to anyone with any dental problem. Everyone in the office is so courteous and professional, and they seem to really care about me as a person. Their prices are reasonable, their office is ultra modern and high-tech, there are no surprises at the end, and nothing was rushed.

I had been having trouble with one of my molars for over a year, but extreme fear of the dentist kept me from doing anything about it. Thanksgiving weekend brought things to a head when I became wracked with pain. I called six other dentists from the yellow pages who said they had weekend hours. But nobody answered the phone but Dr. Arrington at Dental Urgent Care. They told me to come right in. Dr. Arrington got me out of pain immediately. He showed me on the x-ray how the root of my tooth had broken. I had to have an extraction. I was scared to death. Dr. Arrington’s manner and patience really soothed me, and it turned out I didn’t feel a thing. I chose to have grafting done in the extraction site to preserve the bone in case I decide to have an implant done at a later time. With my fear of dentists I never thought I’d ever consider having an implant. But Dr. Arrington showed me that there are gentle and considerate dentists. I don’t want anyone but Dr. Arrington working on me in the future.Dottie

Mind-numbing pain from a cracked tooth took me to Dr. Arrington’s office. Turns out I had two irreparable teeth. Dr. Arrington explained my options in meticulous detail, along with the benefits, shortcomings, and most importantly, cost of each choice. I chose to replace them with implants. The final porcelain crowns are matched so perfectly to my natural tooth color that it’s impossible to determine which ones are the implants. I’d never had any dental procedure performed without pain, until now. Dr. Arrington took such time and care in delivering the anesthetic that I didn’t even feel the needle, or any other pain associated with these complicated procedures. He is the most professional, caring, and dedicated dentist that I have ever been to. The front office is so easy to deal with, and the costs are provided up-front so there are no surprises afterwards. Without hesitation or reservation, I highly recommend Dr. Arrington and Dental Urgent Care. They’re simply the best.

I give Dental Urgent Care a 5-plus rating. The worst toothache ever had by anyone caused me to search out a dentist on Sunday. I called a bunch of dentists listed on the internet as providing weekend hours but they were all closed. Then Dental Urgent Care answered my call and told me to come right in. I’m really glad all those other offices were closed because that’s why I found Dr. Arrington. He is the best dentist I have ever been to by a mile. He was so gentle, caring, patient, and professional. He showed me x-rays of my tooth, and explained the cause of my pain, and my options. I would have learned a lot more in school if my teachers had been this good. He was able to save my tooth by performing a root canal. Some of my friends have talked about the pain they experienced in getting a root canal, so I was scared. But I didn’t feel a thing. These are the reasons Dental Urgent Care earns a 5-plus rating.

Dental Urgent Care
I was one happy patient after being treated by Dr. Arrington on an urgent basis. I believe that I would have died if I had to have gone through the weekend with the pain I was experiencing. Dr. Arrington is the most professional, caring, and dedicated dentist that I have ever been to. One of his overarching tenets is that dentistry doesn’t have to be painful. And indeed, he took such time and care in delivering the anesthetic that I didn’t even feel the needle, or any other pain associated with my procedure. The front office is so easy to deal with and the costs are provided up-front so there are no surprises afterwards. Without hesitation or reservation, I highly recommend Dr. Arrington and Dental Urgent Care to anyone needing emergency after-hours dental care. They’re simply the best.John

Robert E Lane Dental
I have recommended my whole family to switch to Dr. Lane. In my experience the whole office was amazing from start to end. Donna the receptionist was amazing, she is sweet and professional very flexible with my scheduling needs and she also went over my plan with me and helped me find the best payment options possible. From the cleaning to the work I needed done by Dr. Lane they were fast and efficient and most importantly made everything as comfortable as possible, I had little to no pain!! I hadn't been to a dentist in a few years so I had a lot of damage. Dr. Lane was able find the least invasive treatment and least expensive to fix my teeth. I am forever grateful to this office. I would recommend to anyone in need of a good dentist. :)

Alan G Wasserman DMD FAGD
I have been a patient of Dr. Wassserman for almost 20 years, he is very gentle and has always explained my options and helped me make the best decision for my teeth and my budget. It is hard to find a truly great dentist, I would trust anyone else with my teeth. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly and helpful. I have recommended him many times and everyone has always been happy. It is too bad that most of the time people who are bitter and unstable are usually the ones to write reviews. I have been happy for 20 years and this is the first review I have written, we are quick to complain when we are unhappy and not when we are happy, I felt it was about time, i am thankful for Dr. Wasserman and his staff for always doing an excellent job!

Dr. Samuel S Klein, DDS
was very suprised to read the negative responses below. I had a completely different experience at Dr. Kleins office. His new hygentist is great and the staff and Dr. were extremely friendly and helpful. I had been told by another dentist that I needed $16,000 worth of work done. Dr. Klein reviewed the paper from the other dentist with me,and reviewed all of my options. Instead of having all of my teeth taken out and getting expensive and painful implants, Dr. Klein was able to not only save some of my teeth but also about $13,000!!!! My teeth look great and I am not in debt! I would recommend anyone take him up on his free second opinion policy and save your selves tons of cash!!!!

Boca Smiles Dentistry
Dr Raymond and his staff are wonderful! Tammy, his assistant is always quick and gentle, she also makes me laugh a lot. It really takes the stress out of going to the dentist. Ive been going to Dr Raymond Lee for a few years and out of all the dentists I have gone to over the years, his practice is by far the best. Their fees are very reasonable and lower then other dentists and their yearly plan is a great deal. Today they took me in on short notice for a problem I had in my gums and as always were, fast, gentle and a great experience. I highly recommend them to anyone in Palm Beach County. Dr. Alan Wishneff DDS
Fast, professional, courteous service. I walked into the office with a loose crown and was immediately seen by Dr Wishneff. He took an xray of the area and in less than ten minutes filled a cavity under my crown and then cemented it back in place. I have never been to a dentist who projected such a caring attitude about me, the patient. I would not hesitate in recommending Dr Wishneff and his staff. They now have my family as their new clients.
Tips & Advices
This depends on the prosthetic.
  • Dental implants, when cared for properly, can last a lifetime.
  • Crowns typically last between 10-15 years.
  • Resin-bonded bridges typically last between seven  and 10 years. Tooth-supported fixed bridges generally wear out faster than this.
  • Removable partial dentures typically last around 15 years.
  • Complete dentures typically last between five and six years.
The entire process for adding dental implants could take as long as eight months. There are three phases:
  • Phase 1: Grafting. This may take between three and six  months.
  • Phase 2: Artificial root placement. This may take one to two  hours to complete and will take between three and six  months to heal.
  • Phase 3: Crown placement. This is usually done over the course of two visits, two weeks apart.
One dental implant typically costs $1,000-$3,000. However, the abutment (a connector added onto the top of a dental implant) and crown can add $500-$3,000. Multiple dental implants may cost $3,000-$30,000. A full set of implant dentures may cost as much as $90,000, though the average is around $34,000.
A dental implant is a titanium post shaped like a natural tooth's root that is surgically inserted into the jawbone beneath the gums. These posts allow dentists to secure a replacement tooth or bridge in the correct position.
Maxillofacial prosthesis is a subspecialty of prosthodontics. A maxillofacial prosthesis is meant to rehabilitate patients who have defects or disabilities due to trauma, disease, or those that a patient is has from birth. The prosthesis is designed to replace parts of the bone or tissue that are missing, or to help restore functions of the mouth, such as swallowing, chewing, or speaking. Other prostheses are created to protect the face during radiation therapy. Dentists that work with maxillofacial prostheses often collaborate closely with ear, nose, and throat doctors.
