    Tech, Carter and helper, James came as scheduled - the technician diagnosed the problem with our refrigerator correctly AND was able to make the repair! We were impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. His helper, James was a nice young man and provided needed assistance. It was a relief that we didn't have to replace the fridge at this time.

    awful company - liars



    They fixed our fridge a few months back and now its acting up again. They came out and said its a flap and known problem. Tech said it will be cheap to fix.. asked for 84.00 then said would just be another 20-30 to fix it.



    get a call from 'pleasant" office girl who then says it will be 130.00 more. So either tech is liar or stupid or there pulling a scam. Used these guys before and felt this way but gave benefit of the doubt. stay away if can or just go buy new appliance , when these guys get down with you , you will be wishing you did.

    First of all their service call is not $100.00, it was in the $70.00 range so possibly you are reviewing the wrong company.

    Ive used them now 3 times since 2007 and have had exceptional service.



    Sadly- you all seem to negatively review these businesses and restaurants but dont share how you contacted the business or manager to give them a chance to handle your so called complaints.

    Showed up on time - failed to make any repairs...forgot to order my part. Finally ordered when I called them a week after my original service call. A week later tech came, installed, decided that wasn't the problem. Never got call back. Husband finally called and was told they would call him back. Didn't. He called again and was told they couldn't repair our fridge. Wasn't very complicated - freezer door wouldn't close properly. Ordered parts from sears.com and repaired myself. Am out the $100 service call fee though and absolutely NOTHING was repaired.

    Wasted 2 hours waiting for a service call. When I called at the end of the two hour period, I was told that they could not make it that day but were willing to come "first thing" the next day between 11 and 1. I told them not to bother and will be finding some other company with which to do business.
