McCarthy Blue Springs Hyundai
I was in to have my 2013 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid repaired in the Collision Center. Dan Brehm and Amanda Duffer were awesome to work with. They were very knowledgeable! Made me feel like they were truly concerned about my needs and safety. With as much damage as my car had sustained I didn't want to drive my car any longer. So I began the process of looking at new cars and gave McCarthy of Blue Springs a chance but I got a low number on my trade in that they were fixing to be deemed safe for the road again. I ended up buying a car from Jim at Premier Mazda and bought a 2016 Mazda CX-5 Grand Touring. They gave me a great price on my trade and also worked a great price on the car. They took my trade in sight unseen knowing the car was being repaired. They said if it was being repaired by Hyundai it will be fixed the way it supposed to be. Jim wanted to go pickup the car as soon as it was done so he went with me to pick up my car from the collision center. Steve Willis the Sales Manager came out and told Jim good luck with that car. Jim asked why and Steve had said cause that car has frame damage. Jim said well my dealership already owns this car and it's a done deal. Steve said again good luck. Now I was satisfied all the way up until I went to pickup the car. I didn't bring Jim to rub it in that I bought a car from someone else. He offered to give me a ride to pick up their car. What Steve didn't was not professional at all. He tried to intentionally ruin my deal. Because of Steve I will not ever come to this dealership to purchase a car and I will let everyone know what he did! My 2 Star Review is Solely because of Steve Willis. I would of rated it 5 Stars if it weren't for him.

I just wanted to let you know of a good experience that I had dealing with one of your service representatives . . Her 2006 Ford Taurus quit running as she limped it into work and I called Machens Ford in Columbia where I bought it and extended warranty 5 years ago. They were'nt much help at all and had me call Ford Roadside Service and they were not either. I decided to call your dealership and was fortunate enough to get in contact with Ryan in your service department. He treated me like family, he helped me get it towed, get a rental car, dealt with the warranty company and had her car fixed and ready to go within 24 Hours. I feel that he went above and beyond the call of duty which he did not have to do, he did not even know me. I really appreciate the good service that I received and plan on stopping to meet him personally when I am in the area. I will also remember you all when I need to trade vehicles again because of the good service provided when I needed it.

The Used Car Factory
My sister bought a car from The Used Car Factory awhile back and had nothing but great things to say, so I gave it a try. This has been the best car experience I've ever had! I went to Nate to look at his inventory. Since I wasn't looking for what he had on his lot, he told me he could find me any car that I wanted. So, he asked me some simple questions on what I was looking for, price range and so forth. We ended up finding my car in California!!! This man is amazing. He had his driver fly out to Cali on Thursday and had it back for the weekend. He's great on responding to all my questions and concerns. I can't thank him enough for all the hard work he put in this. I will definitely use him again and will recommend his company to others.

Blue Springs Ford has given me excellent service in every experience I have visited them. From servicing my ten year old vehicle, parts acquisition and installation help to recently shopping for a new vehicle. I recently purchased a 2014 Ford Escape Titanium at (I thought) a very reasonable and fair price. Nick Bundy was my salesperson and was very cordial and gave me a fair price at the onset with no pressure or urgency for my wife and I to make a decision. We did buy the Escape and Nick did everything to ensure fair pricing and excellent service. We would definitely recommend Nick and Blue Springs Ford for any new Ford acquisition for ourselves and will highly suggest them to our friends!!

Rent Your Ride
The staff was extremely nice and helpful. I purchased a car from them 18 mos ago. I lost my job and when I became unable to continue the payments, they took the car back with no reservations. Of course I returned it in good condition. But this is the thing that differentiates this place from other "buy here pay here" places: Their taking the car back does not go against my credit. The car itself was in very good condition and I had only to perform regular maintenance on it during the time I had it. I've experienced no further troubles with my truck and am now home and in a much better mood. However, that is no excuse for not sincerely thanking Mr. Jenkins for getting the truck looked at without an appointment, the technician (Jim S.) that worked on the truck for what appears to be an absolutely top notch through job of both diagnosing the problem and then fixing it and you for hiring these two top level people and running a business where they are allowed to actually do their jobs and help people.

I pass this car lot on my way to work everyday. I see they always have a good amount of different cars. When my daughter wrecked her car, we knew this was one place we were going to stop by and see what they had available. They were busy when we stopped by, but very friendly and helpful. At the time it was hard to choose between a Nissan Sentra or a Honda Accord. We chose the Sentra and couldn't be happier with our purchase and experience! The people were great!Thank you!

I was heading on 1200 plus mile trip and came by for complimentary check. Was found my brake light out so got replaced. Was glad to have this good check as its a safety issue and i would be transporting my five year old granddaughter. A wonderful service department plus the best and most comfortable and enjoyable waiting area ever! Much appreciated and valued.
