Enterprise Rent-A-Car
At BMI, I asked for a car that had Bluetooth, and was told that my car had it when I got my keys. I walked to my car started it up, and it did not have any Bluetooth functionality at all. I walked back in and asked for a different car, but was told sorry, you got the last car for the particular size. Why couldn't they just give me a complimentary upgrade to a car that had Bluetooth? And what company buys cars in 2016 that are not Bluetooth-enabled?

National Car Rental
My experience with National Car Rental has been exceptional. They worked last minute with me, went out of their way to serve me and was very professional and courteous.I've had an Impala and a Hyundai Sonata and was extremely pleased with gas mileage, size, space and features. My hat off to National and their superior personnel at the BMI airport.

I travel a lot for work and our corporate account is with Enterprise , in my experience every other rental has been good, my last one at BMI I wasnt sure who was the customer, handed me the keys like he was doing me a favor and gave me a car that smelled like smoke. If I have my choice I will be using another provider

This location is the only one I deal with. They know I'm a repeat customer and address me by name when i walk in the door.They make my car rental experience very smooth!

Had an option to use the points to redeem for a day. Had a double upgrade. Was easy to get in and out.
