Technician was knowledgeable and friendly. Very expensive. Unfortunately living in the middle of no where it took 3 weeks to get here to diagnose our oven, then 2 more weeks to get back out to repair it. I work 6 days a week so having to have an adult home between 8 & 5 waiting for them is impossible. You can get a 2 hr window the day of delivery tho.
First off it took 3 times to get them out to our house because they kept calling the wrong telephone number. 1st time wrong telephone number. 2nd time nobody showed up because the said I never made an appointment. I called in after first time and rescheduled with someone through customer service. No idea how they didn't have the appointment. Finally on the 3rd time I got someone to show up. Problem did get fixed but with a ton of trouble to get it done. The 4 hour time area they give you is ridiculous. Either you have to be off work or have a job where you can leave at a moments notice. We had to make appointment for a Saturday so I knew someone would be home.
