I had a problem with my IPhone holding its charge. I went into the store on Gadsden Hwy in Trussville to get help. I was told the phone was still under warranty but since my account was 6 days past the due date, they could not replace the phone. I asked for a manager to see if they could override this policy. The manager never came from the back; instead he/she sent the rep back to me saying there was nothing they could do until the bill wasmpaid. I asked for the corporate number. I contacted corporate and they, without hesitation handled my issue. This store was not at all interested in helping the customer and from this point, I plan NOT to deal with them again.

Swapped over from At&t and was completely impressed by the savings, professionalism, expertise and friendliness of the store and my rep Brian Pinson. He was exactly the reason i swapped and it was the best experience I've had in a cell phone store. Very much recommend.
