Steve was my contact person he assured My grandmother and I the car was goo we believed him after a family mechanic checked it out and gave the ok we purchase 3months later the alignment he promised to do before I got the car still had not been done I began noticing that certain things were going wrong with the car. I was taking the car to them they would patch it and give it back to me. finally, I asked them to check my car for they keep 3wks.and had not. EVEN STARTED FIXING IT! I demanded to get my car back he fix it in one day they had completely rushed through fixing it charged me extra& called me relentlessly for pay didn't even apologize for my inconvenience. I also let him know that I didn't appreciate not fixing my what I asked for within the exchange of words i found out he gave me the car back without the breaks on the car clearly I went off and before I made it home I rear ended someone thank God she was drunk and her car was fine but my car had to be fixed thats when I found out EVERYTHING Nacho on thrid ave was to fix my bumper that when he found a rod going through the front end of my car withinn a year I had to replace alternators, starter, he didn't even give me a new battery, several tire replacements, several radiator repairs, transition jerks, he put a nail in the console that was supposed to hold the window and locks together, radio had a shortage he swore it was a cd changer radio stop working all together and a bad paint job and when I called and text to complain this bastard told me to get a tow truck bring my car back and he would take off everything he put on it and i could tow the car back home. Take it to firestone or somewhere GOD PLEASE DONT BELIEVE ANYTHING THEY SAY CHECK IT CHECK IT QUESTION EVERY THINGCause now i have a car that doesn't work and have to prepare to purchase another.
Buyers Beware!!! They are nice as can be when selling a car to you. You have to pay weekly. We bought a car and was late on a payment. I didn't know there was an $18 late fee. Out of the blue, after making 10 payments, they repossessed the car. They want over $600 to get it back. Oh, and by the way, each car is fit with a GPS tracker. They won't tell you that, but we loaned the car to a family member in Alabaster and that's where they picked it up. There is not talking to them after the fact. So now, they will sell that same car again, for the same amount of money. What a bunch of thieves!
