Honest to a fault. Competent beyond expectations. It seems they can fix anything promptly and correctly without overcharging.

Don't expect service from the Service Dept. After 4 calls still don't have an answer to a problem. And the earliest service appt is 5 days from today.

The worst. They are sharks. Swim on by. These folks were equal parts pricey, rude and overdue. No help from ownership. The services here are very high and the parts are shamelessly inflated.

Went to this dealer over 5 weeks ago found a nice Ford Explorer. On Saturday when I left the deal was done come back Monday with a buddy to pick it up and they needed more info then I needed a consigner. Then they wanted check/stub and proof of resident (power bill or water bill). All this was on that Monday a couple of days later they wanted a copy of our phone bill. All I have is a cell phone and I have it on my daughters plan. So I had to get her to put my name on the plan some how and she was able to do it. So I was able to sign all the paper work close/out the deal at least I thought we did now today 5 1/2 weeks later they call and tell me the deal did not go through and I have to bring the truck back. What's up with these folks

I had this group fix a window on my X5. They did the work promptly. I then had them work on another car of mine. I gave Jock the money the part and for 5 days straight he came up with excuses on why he couldn't come after he promised each day to show up. I still call and text him everyday to get my money back with no answer and to find out why he is deceptive.

If it were possible to give a lower rating, I would. Norman, the owner, after failing to identify the real problem with my car a month ago, hung up the phone on me twice because he didn't like the fact that I questioned his credibility after charging me $600+ and failing to fix the problem I brought the car to originally. When I went to the shop to have my car towed to a reliable shop, I again asked Norman direct questions about his level of service. Instead of being professional, he chose to call the Birmingham Police. Mind you, I never cursed, raised my voice, or did anything of a threatening nature. Excellent customer service, right?I've spent in excess of $5,000 over the last year with this business, and Norman doesn't think he has to answer tough questions about his shop and his work. I'll never do business with them again and I hope you do the same.

Tips & Advices
Among the common scams pulled are needless repairs, where a garage charges you for work that isn't necessary. Another popular one is attracting customers through a cheap oil change or tire pressure check. Then, when you your car is being repaired, they give you a long list of other corrections they'd like to make, therefore boosting the total cost of your bill. The best way to combat these types of problems is getting a written estimate before work is done so you can see how much repairs are expected to cost. If the final bill is higher than the estimate projected, ask to specifically see the work. Make sure information is put in writing as well. If a problem remains, you can have proof that work was not done to your satisfaction.
For winter driving, features such as the defroster, heater and exhaust system are paramount. Look in your owner's manual for specific directions on how features should be checked and repaired. Many newer cars have a cabin air filter that can be replaced when needed, allowing warm air to continue to flow in. Also, check tires before winter driving, as they need to be at the proper pressure to perform well on snow and ice.
In the spring and summer, you want to be sure your air conditioner and cooling systems work correctly. Given the high temperatures, overheating is a common problem. Look over the system by ensuring there is enough coolant available. If it needs to be refilled, it is best to open the hood and add more to the car before it gets too warm out. Also, clean out fan ducts and other ventilation sources necessary for summertime driving.
Some fixes to your car can be done without paying a specialist. Issues like replacing oil and air filters are relatively simple, with instructions provided in the owner's manual on how to make these changes. The same goes for replacing broken windshield wipers or burnt-out headlights. Such issues should be repaired quickly to guarantee safety, but don't require a visit to a garage.
Yes. Not every type of auto repair work needs to be done by a certified mechanic. You can fix some of a vehicle's issues just by paying attention to how the automobile is running and having a basic understanding of auto repair. Look over the ways weather may impact your car and what preventative measures you can take to avoid having to take it into the shop.
