I've had Dr. Holloway and Kayla as my hygienist for several years. They are both excellent. Dr. Holloway has always been spot on - I've never had to come back to have his work corrected. Kayla is the best hygienist that I've ever had. I don't think she's ever slipped with a tool and she's extremely thorough. I met Dr. Brewer today and he amazed me with his incredibly quick observation from the x-rays. He was able to pinpoint the problem with perfect accuracy. Unfortunately I had to have the tooth extracted. Not something I wanted to hear or have to do but I was convinced it was the best option after talking with Dr. Brewer ~ I fully understood the situation. Angie, Dr. Brewer's assistant, explained to me the procedure and the different routes the procedure could go. I was very satisfied with her thorough explanation to my numerous questions. Dr. Brewer removed the tooth in exactly the same manner that Angie described as the best case scenario - AWESOME! I have issues with billing. Billing is very happy to leave a credit balance on your account until your next appointment. But when insurance is settled and I end up owing a measly $30 - they can't wait. Don't you see that I come in several times a year? It pissed me off to no end and I didn't pay and wasn't going to come back. I got over it.. I can separate the professionals from the staff. Although this must be a practice that was put in place by Dr. Brewer. So when I do finally pay off the collection because I want to see Kayla the back office staff have no clue. The payment was made to the local collection agency in person, in cash. How do you not have this in your system - it was paid a week or so ago. So really I'd love to give you 5 stars but your back office has always left a bad taste in my mouth. I expect it will continue but the professionals are too damn good to go elsewhere.

I have been a patient with Dr Brewer all of my life and now my 5 year daughter is as well. I have always been happy with the office, but was real impressed recently when we had an emergency. I never had need for anything other than routine dental care until this incIdent. My daughter fell and broke out her top front teeth on a Friday, late afternoon while at Grandpas house. He called them while on his way to the office. They did not hesitate at all with the late call and got her right in. Grandpa was very relieved to find out they were baby teeth and the x-Ray showed the new ones where close under the gums and not damaged. A toy out of the prize box at the office and a double visit from the tooth fairy that night and she was good as new. Thank you for the prompt professional care.

I've had numerous bad experiences with dentistry in the past. From the minute my family walked into Brewer Dental Center, we knew this was going to be a different experience. We are so impressed with the professionalism, experience and genuine care Brewer Dental Center associates have for their patients. My kids ages, 11and 9 love coming to the dentist now. I also have had the pleasure of being one of Dr. Aaron's orthodontist patients. I am so grateful to have found such an amazing Doctor who is compassionate and detail oriented. I am constantly referring Brewer Dental to friends and coworkers. ( thank you for the mug of flowers!) keep up the good work Brewer dental. You are setting the example for qualityDental/ ortho care in Billings!

As I complimented Dr. Brewer at my last visit, my recent experiences at Brewer Dental Center are 'hands-down' the best dental experience in my 48 years of life. I received two crowns on my back molars and the process by which they were installed tells me that Dr. Brewer and his awesome staff have spent many, many years honing their craft. I felt they considered my best interest and took every conceivable precaution to ensure these crowns last a lifetime. They have certainly earned my trust and my business, and I wholeheartedly recommend them to everyone. Thanks for your excellent care.

This has, by far, been the best dental experience of my life. I travelled from the Boston area for my treatments. The facilities are very comfortable. All of the staff, even those I had no involvement with, were very friendly. The communication before and after my treatments were very clear and timely. The team of the doctor and 2 assistants who worked on my operated as a well coordinated team and were always being sure I was comfortable throughout the process. I highly recommend Brewer.

I have been to other dental facilities In the area, but brewer dental is absolutely outstanding with customer service. It is foremost in their mission statement and in every aspect of their day to day job, it is very apparent. Being a member of the uniformed services I have to jump through some hoops in order to be seen sometimes. Not at brewer dental their staff took care of everything. Steph, Nicole, and Dr. Wilde all made my day perfect.

I have been a patient of Dr. Brewer for about two decades. What separates him and now his team of professionals is the extreme perfectionism. Dr. Brewer will never finish any of his work whether it is root canals, implants, crowns, bone grafting or just routine exam without being sure that the job is well done, complete and totally satisfied his high standards requirements. This makes me his life time patient.

Kristen did amazing with my cleaning and x-rays and Dr. Homer did a great job with my exam. I would recommend them to anyone! I do not like going to the dentist, but Brewer Dental Center offers free laughing gas! I hadn’t been to the dentist in 6 years because I am scared of the dentist, but and I was able to enjoy my appointment. I will be back for Dr. Homer to do my fillings!

Thank goodness for Dr. Brewer and his team! I recently had a bad taste in my mouth and I thought I had a loose crown. Dr. Brewer checked and I had a more serious condition with three teeth that had decay under old crowns! They were able treat me same day and right away. I was comfortable the entire time! He and his team are wonderful and I recommend them to all of my friends!

My hygienist was the BEST! LOVE her! Please thank her for me, PLEASE! Thank you, SO much! LOVING my NEW NIGHT GUARD, only I wear mine in the DAY. Weird, I know. But that is when I am most stressed. I sleep with my mouth open, so I don't need it then. My headaches are gone now at night! Please thank Dr. Flechas! See you in February for my next cleaning!
Tips & Advices
This depends on the prosthetic.
  • Dental implants, when cared for properly, can last a lifetime.
  • Crowns typically last between 10-15 years.
  • Resin-bonded bridges typically last between seven  and 10 years. Tooth-supported fixed bridges generally wear out faster than this.
  • Removable partial dentures typically last around 15 years.
  • Complete dentures typically last between five and six years.
The entire process for adding dental implants could take as long as eight months. There are three phases:
  • Phase 1: Grafting. This may take between three and six  months.
  • Phase 2: Artificial root placement. This may take one to two  hours to complete and will take between three and six  months to heal.
  • Phase 3: Crown placement. This is usually done over the course of two visits, two weeks apart.
One dental implant typically costs $1,000-$3,000. However, the abutment (a connector added onto the top of a dental implant) and crown can add $500-$3,000. Multiple dental implants may cost $3,000-$30,000. A full set of implant dentures may cost as much as $90,000, though the average is around $34,000.
A dental implant is a titanium post shaped like a natural tooth's root that is surgically inserted into the jawbone beneath the gums. These posts allow dentists to secure a replacement tooth or bridge in the correct position.
Maxillofacial prosthesis is a subspecialty of prosthodontics. A maxillofacial prosthesis is meant to rehabilitate patients who have defects or disabilities due to trauma, disease, or those that a patient is has from birth. The prosthesis is designed to replace parts of the bone or tissue that are missing, or to help restore functions of the mouth, such as swallowing, chewing, or speaking. Other prostheses are created to protect the face during radiation therapy. Dentists that work with maxillofacial prostheses often collaborate closely with ear, nose, and throat doctors.
