Las Palmas Mexican Restaurant
I've gone to this Las Palmas many, many, many times over the past 5 years. I love it to death and it's actually one of my favorite Mexican restaurants. My favorite thing is likely the white queso, but my god I also love their mild salsa to death. Probably one of the better salsas I've ever had. I have has slow service at points, but those times seem to be when they're under staffed and busier. There have been occasions where it's taken a long time for requests to be done, like once when out with my family and some friends, my youngest 2 (3 and 4 year old) didn't get their food until last.... that was slightly aggravating. The only other problem was when something was being played on the tv, a show not at all for little kids, and we asked multiple times for it to be changed due to not wanting all the children with us to watch it and I don't remember if they ever even listened to us and turned it off. That's likely the only bad experiences I remember from all the years of eating there. I've never had an order messed up, the food has always been good and when there is a problem, they are quite usually willing to help fix the problem. Even with ordering to-go's: service is great, everything is nicely packages, and the people at the register and friendly and helpful.Oh and of course!! They are very, very willing to make adjustments and alterations for little to no cost! Any and every time I order a menu number, I usually get a beef burrito to a bean burrito and any enchiladas to a cheese enchilada, as well as replacing all of the sauces on the items to be cheese sauce and they've always been so extremely kind and do not charge for it! That's likely one of my favorite things about here, so helpful and willing to adjust. Plus it's not crazy expensive, especially for the quality of the food you're usually receiving. Keep in mind, every place and everyone can have bad or off days. So if you have a not so great experience, be open minded to trying again. :)

Las Palmas Mexican Restaurant
Ok I love Las Palmas. But this one is horrible. The portions are far less than all of the other local Las Palmas restaurants. A person in out group ordered the Carne asada(steak) and it was way over cooked and undersized!.I've never seen such a small full order of guacamole! In summary. You will spend same amount money on half the food here at the Bentonville location. Or you can go to any of the other las palmas locations and get the portion you were supposed to!

King Burrito
I made a big order at night when this place was dead. 8:30 at night. They close at 11. They said it would be a 10-15 minute wait..so I stopped at walmart first. I got there after 15 minutes and they were still cooking. I paid for my food and waited 3-5 minutes. They shorted us a whole meal...and when asked on one meal to leave off the pico de gallo..they put it on. I took the food back in and politely told them what was wrong they asked for the receipt so they could fix it. They ended up taking the pico de gallo off and adding more lettuce and cheese on the same dinner. They also didn't give us the drinks for our meals, when I asked for the drinks they only gave us caprisuns for the kid meals. I will more than likely never go back to this place. This was not the first time but they always screw up something..and take forever. Half my food was cold by the time we got home 5 minutes away...or less

Las Palmas Mexican Restaurant
Stay away from this restaurant. I was surprised by the terrible quality of not a few items but everything except for the water. Even the chips were chewy somehow. I don't know if they were frozen or had been reheated or what but the chips were chewy. The bloody mary didn't have any alcohol and cost $7 before tip. My friends beer on tap budweiser ended up being $10 for I think 24oz. The beans tasted like they had been frozen or watered down w/ no seasoning. I am not exaggerating when i say that the beans had absolutely no taste. The beans and rice are the staple of a restaurant so I dont know how they could go on serving such terrible food. The cheese on the food had a very strange texture like it was old and then overheated. Service was ok to not competent. If you don't heed my warning and you have a terrible experience. Don't pay for the food. A place like this shouldn't exist to give almost nothing in exchange for our money.

Azul Tequila Mexican Cuisine
THIS IS A WARNING TO ALL OF THOSE IN NWA...Be warned about the new restaurant Azul Tequila Mexican Cuisine on J St and Walton Blvd in Bentonville. My husband and I ventured there tonight (I've been wanting to go since I saw their coming soon sign a month or so ago) as a romantic nite out before grocery shopping. Initially it started out ok - waitress was really really slow. We had just gotten our food when, after leaning forward on the table talking to my husband quietly, I noticed my brand-new-first-time-worn creme colored sweater had something on it. It was stain from the table! My husband then wiped the table with his napkin and more came off. We called over the manager and he offered us half off our $30 meal and then offered for me to bring the sweater back and he would personally wash it. These offers were made after he admitted that it was a problem because another customer had mentioned it. I told him I'd think about it. I had no words at the time. Moments later (not even half of our food eaten) the server struts by on her way to another table and asked if we were ready for our check. We said, "Yes!' 20 minutes later she finally brought it and we left, didn't even go to the grocery store. I did mention to a couple of tables full of ladies to not lean on the tables. They were shocked! When we got home my husband noticed that his jeans had stain on them too. What a ruined nite! And the food was not worth the service nor the ruined clothes.

Las Palmas Mexican Restaurant
August 3, 2012 Worst restaurant experience of my lifeby jenna I ate there with my family tonight for the first time, I have eaten at the one is Springdale which is great but this one was terrible. Here is a rundown of our hour and a half meal:First it took us 15 minutes to get out drinks, the salsa was gross, it tasted like tomato juice. Then we got our food and my husbands food was wrong, we told the waitress and she argued that he didnt order his food the way we all heard him order it. She took my drink to refill it after it had been empty a while and never brought it back. My mother had cheese enchiladas and the sauce was disgusting! They brought the food again and it was wrong again. I went and told the manager whose name was Natalie and told her how bad the service had been, she didn't seem to care but said she would take care of it. The food came a third time WRONG. We then left, our food still on the table and my husband never ate, they refused to do ANYTHING to our bill and became very argumentative about it accusing us of ordering something different than my husband had ordered the entire time, she called the manager Emilio who also said to do nothing. There were several other tables around ours that were having similar experiences, not getting refills, not getting their ticket, one couple told everyone "good luck" when they left. We left paying 30.00 for the crappiest meal ever and the worst service and wasted an hour and half of our time.If you like good food and good service go somewhere else!

My wife ordered a house pino, received a 3 oz or less glass, our check reflected a $12 charge. Quite a rip off!

Just a moment...
