    Extremely disappointed with this company. We ordered 4 stools, which were sadly ordered in the wrong color and height. Completely our fault. I contacted our Sales Rep to arrange returning the incorrect order and placed a new order for the correct height and color. This is when we were informed that there is a 30% restocking fee. Baxton Studio would not even budge on that fee. Even though we were placing a new order for the correct stools continuing our business, they would not even continue to discuss cancelling or even discounting that fee.
    They have lost any future business from our company, but honestly they don't seem to care anyway.

    I ordered a set of end tables. On the website, it clearly states, "Bold in scale and rich in character, a versatile end table 2-piece set is perfect for living room decor."

    Well guess what? Only one arrived! When I called customer service, I spoke to Katherine Davis. Her phone number is 800-517-0717 x257. She told me even though the end tables are advertised as a SET OF TWO, I will only receive one.

    So, I am in the process of suing this company big time!! Do not ever buy anything from here.

    DO NOT BUY FROM THEM HORRIBLE CO.!!ordered chairs- never told me backordered-don't want to wait and have called many times and emails to cancel and no response! ordered bench-arrived in wrong color and again, NO responses any which way! horrible company to deal with!!!! calling my cc!

    Horrible experience buying a couch from interior express online ( Their delivery company apparently lost the freight (how do you lose a huge sectional couch???) which is an issue in itself, but even worse is how interiorexpress handled the situation. In three weeks I have not received a SINGLE phone call or email neither from them nor the delivery company. It's just ridiculous. I have written their customer service several times (seem they simply ignore this), I called at least 5 times and requested callbacks to inform me about the status, nothing - absolutely nothing - has happened. Complete silence. And we still don't have a couch. Funny thing is that I managed an ecommerce company selling furniture before and I know that things can go wrong in logistics, but you need to at least handle such things well on the customer service side. Seems like interiorexpress just doesn't have any customer service. Stay away if you actually want to receive what you order.

    DO NOT buy from interior express. Paid for two couches TWO months ago and still not arrived. Customer service gives every excuse in the book. Stuck in customs for weeks...won't refund my money. Then they tell me it's going to be delivered..and it never was. Called again, they told me the delivery driver called off ........days later and no couches, so I called again and was told this time that the delivery truck broke down. These people are liars and will take your money. Buy somewhere else.

    I ordered a bed frame from them that was back ordered which I was completely okay with. I paid in full and was going to arrange pickup on my end. A month later I was told I could come for pickup on WED. I hired someone to pickup for me. When he got there was nothing to pick up. When I spoke to a manager they basically said I was just out the cash I had paid and they would let me know when I could pick it up (even though they already said I could. So they basically screwed me out of $50. You would think a company with good customer service would have offered to ship it on their dime or reimburse the $50 I spent. Never doing business here again.

  • Please don't waste your money with this place.

    Everything they sell are AS IS --- no exchange, no return --- So they are aware that if they do carry the same policy as other legitimate retail stores, they would bankrupt in a second because of the crap they sell there. So PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. You would not expect any customer service either in this case.
