Garcia founded New Hope Painting in 2005 after working as a painting contractor for several years in Central Oregon. In the beginning, Jose simply wanted a better lifestyle for his family — his parents and his children, Quentin, now 10, and Brooklyn, now 7. But New Hope Painting quickly grew, and Jose found he loved the work so much he put his passion and soul into every project. That’s how he still operates today. Jose, who served in the U.S. Army as an Infantryman from 1997 to 2000, has dedicated New Hope Painting to the memory of his father who was tragically murdered in 2010. Jose runs New Hope Painting with the compassion, integrity and high work ethic his father showed every day of his life.Although New Hope Painting started out as a one-man operation, Jose now employs a crew of three experienced residential painters. The New Hope Painting team is experienced in all facets of residential painting, including interior and exterior house painting, lacquer and enamels, epoxy floors, and deck refinishing. Jose loves seeing the change his team brings to a home, from the time he meets the customer, through the hard work of scraping, caulking and painting, to the end result. When he’s not painting, Jose is usually at Central Oregon Community College, where he takes EMT classes, or at the adult foster home his mother runs, where he takes the residents on walks or just spends time with them. Through his EMT classes, he has gained a greater awareness of the residents’ needs and health concerns.Like Jose, New Hope Painting is more about substance and integrity than about flash and show. His quiet integrity drives the business and ensures New Hope Painting’s 100% customer satisfaction guarantee and commitment to giving back are the real deal. My Painter LLC
I have had a wonderful experience with Daniel, owner of My Painter, and have used him several times. His prices are the best, he is always on time, responds to getting bids quickly, and does a great job! He has painted my whole house inside and out ( some rooms a few times!) and he is simply the best. I am a Realtor and always recommend him to my clients. They too have been super happy. Highly recommend!

Towne & Country Painting Inc.
Im amazed at Towne and Country Painting! They stuck to their bid and were the most honest hard working people I have ever hired. I will hire them again for my next project. Its so refreshing to see a hard working company again.
Tips & Advices
For a long-lasting paint job, a clean wall is crucial. Ask how they plan to clean your walls, if at all, before getting started. A high-quality company will thoroughly prepare a wall so that the paint will lay smoothly and last a long time.
Yes. A well-established company will have more experience and likely more references for you to reach out to than a new company that's just getting off the ground. Be sure to ask for references so you can speak to former customers about their experience working with the painter. When speaking to these people, ask about:
  • Whether they had issues with the crew
  • If the painters were messy or neat
  • How the paint has held up since the project was completed
The quality of the paint will affect how good the walls look when the project is completed. If your contractor says they plan on using a paint you don't like, feel free to request an alternative.
If the contractor makes a point to train new hires on safety techniques as well as quality standards on the job, you're probably in good hands.
Unfortunately, there are plenty of cases where a painter has stolen items from a home or caused damage to the house or injury to the homeowner. Subcontractors may not be as skilled as employees, and the contractor you're hiring may not have much experience working with them, making them more of a risk. Additionally, ask if the painters are employees or subcontractors, and what the screening or hiring process is like.
