Today at the landing at Grace Lake the guy operating the bobcat must have felt we were in his way as we pulled our boat out. He threw his hands up as if we were somehow not suppose to use the launch and then proceeding to dump a load of water and mud literally a foot away from me as I strapped down my boat. The lady monitoring the launch also felt this was incredibly dangerous and off kilter. Apparently if this man is having a bad day he feels it's ok to use dangerous heavy equipment to express it. Never in my life has someone done something so outlandish and dangerous to me. I highly recommend Anyone requiring business of his nature use someone else. I'm debating on reporting his action to the Sheriff

If there is ever a dispute regarding payment over the course of the project, a contractor or subcontractor could place a payment claim, or lien, on your property. To avoid this, ask the contractor to sign a lien release, which is a legal agreement that states that any payment accepted is final. This can come in handy if a contractor has his or her own payment issues with their subcontractors. Signing a lien release form certifies that any payment made by a client to the contractor is enough to pay for any goods or services rendered.
