YP - The Real Yellow PagesSM - helps you find the right local businesses to meet your specific needs. Search results are sorted by a combination of factors to give you a set of choices in response to your search criteria. These factors are similar to those you might use to determine which business to select from a local Yellow Pages directory, including proximity to where you are searching, expertise in the specific services or products you need, and comprehensive business information to help evaluate a business's suitability for you. “Preferred” listings, or those with featured website buttons, indicate YP advertisers who directly provide information about their businesses to help consumers make more informed buying decisions. YP advertisers receive higher placement in the default ordering of search results and may appear in sponsored listings on the top, side, or bottom of the search results page.

IN OUR OPINION A cuisine of many cultures BBQ has a history as rich as the butter on our cornbread and is a combination of culinary heritages from around the world. There is a constant battle. The type of meat, sauce or rub used, at which point they are added, the role smoke plays, the wood used, cooking temperature and cooking time. The peaceful coexistence of all BBQ means, we harmoniously pay homage to the many great pit masters who have gone before us and put our own kiss on every meal we serve. OUR APPROACH IS SIMPLE Source the best local ingredients we can and don't fuss with them too much. We cook our barbecue the old school way with plenty of smoke and time, adding just the right amount of sugar, salt and spice to let that lovely marriage of process and product evolve into something transcendent. And of course, sauce on the side with some hush-puppies and sweet pickle chips. Step on up to our counter, order a variety of meats, and your Q gets carved or pul'd by hand. We're passionate about food made the right way - delicious and juicy with locally-sourced ingredients. Whether you're enjoying our tender pulled pork, flavorful brisket, or a Catawba Burger or Dog with mustard, chili , slaw and onions, we guarantee you won't be disappointed. We're eco-friendly as can be, warm and welcoming, and can even cater your next special event. I ate here last night and all I can say is ""WOW!"" It's sort of a low-key place and by it's appearance you would expect an average experience. This was anything but Average!!! I had a rib eye special and my husband had a palm salad with blackened salmon. This was the BEST MEAL EITHER OF US HAS HAD IN AS LONG AS WE CAN REMEMBER. The service was friendly and attentive, they have huge booths that are great for privacy! They have great drink specials too! We definitely will be going back to BF&B VERY SOON!!!!

I personally will never step foot inside the Belmont Soda Shoppe ever again. I was born and raise in Belmont and was a fan of the original Belmont Drug Store. A couple of Saturdays ago I was out for a run and towards the end of the run I stopped by the soda shoppe and asked for a small cup of tap water. It was sunny and 95 degrees outside and I was hot and thirsty. The guy behind the counter said "no she charges for everything". It wasn't like I was asking for a large scoop of ice cream. This is Belmont, a small town friendly community. Obviously these people do not understand that. I do my best to support local businesses in the downtown Belmont area and I assure you they will never receive any support from me again. I will share my experience with the Belmont Soda Shoppe to everyone I know.
