    First and foremost, the food is delicious. I've had the spicy chicken teriyaki and fell in love. When I became a vegetarian, I tried the spicy tofu version and was not disappointed. However, the service and atmosphere is severely lacking. The management is awful.

    One time, I called ahead for my food (knowing that the wait can go anywhere from 15-30 minutes). When I arrived at the place, I paid and left. I walked back home, which is about 15 minutes away from the restaurant, only to find I had not gotten the right order. I got regular tofu teriyaki, not spicy. I called but did not get an answer. I walked back, and during the 15 minutes I called over and over and over again. No answer until I was 2 minutes away. The man that's usually running things answers and then tells me he doesn't understand my issue. I explain it again and again, which I did not mind because English is a hard language and I am not about to judge anyone on their hold on the language. But, I KNEW he understood me. He then told me I ordered regular (I did not), which he followed by telling me they were out of spicy (they were not). After another few minutes of going back and forward, they said they'd make the correct order. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes.

    If you are going here for the food, you will not be disappointed. But don't expect anything but bare minimum service, there are no fake smiles, no kissing your ass, just taking your order and your money. I could respect that, I am not at a restaurant to have a good relationship with the management, but if they don't handle mishaps professionally, that is where I take issue. I don't care about the management being nice to me or having to pay a little extra to use my card, BUT I do care about mistakes that are not made by me being fixed promptly and easily.

    I am still a (begrudging) customer of theirs, they are very lucky they make tasty food, otherwise, I do not think they would still be in business.
