My husband Marty came to your store and spent a lot of money on some new cothes last saturday. We were so excited to add to his bussiness wardrobe. But when he picked up the 2 pairs of pants that need to be altered not only was the hem on them done very badly but he was not told that those 2 pair were dry clean only. Now granted we should have checked and maybe we shouldnt have assumed it would have been communicated, but the 3rd pair were not dry clean only and that was not communicated either. I am dissapointed as I thought that this would be a great place to continue buying his wardrobe there for work. But I think we will have to look for a new place to shop. Sorry things turned out this way. My husbands nam eis Marty Dimaggio in case you want to look at the transaction and let your sales person know that things should be communicated and the seamstress really needs to sharpen her sewing skills.
