Yesterday, I brought a return and got unquestioned refund on a meat item. I love the way the staff appreciates it's customers and takes a cheerful return. Just by the nature of a return, it's like saying "you sold me bad product or I'm feeling like people think I'm over persnickety. I only felt comforted by the ease of a return. On my way to cashier, I thought I'd ask the same person about the sale item cereal. If I could get the reduced price without the coupon and the Service Desk Worker Stacy went out of her way to get me the coupon. I told her to forget it, but she found one looking in another spot. It was only two dollars but I felt great about her efforts and thought Whole Foods served me better than any grocery store I've been to... ever! and I've been to quite a few. Thanks Stacy and all the great staff in meat, produce, seafood, bakery and deli... heck everyone and the sample woman who makes wonderful foods every Sunday morning. Never think you guys aren't tops because you are! Thank you for your outstanding performance, David Hennessey
