YP - The Real Yellow PagesSM - helps you find the right local businesses to meet your specific needs. Search results are sorted by a combination of factors to give you a set of choices in response to your search criteria. These factors are similar to those you might use to determine which business to select from a local Yellow Pages directory, including proximity to where you are searching, expertise in the specific services or products you need, and comprehensive business information to help evaluate a business's suitability for you. “Preferred” listings, or those with featured website buttons, indicate YP advertisers who directly provide information about their businesses to help consumers make more informed buying decisions. YP advertisers receive higher placement in the default ordering of search results and may appear in sponsored listings on the top, side, or bottom of the search results page.

The sauté garlic green string beans are yummy. I am always on the hunt for juicy dumplings and Seattle is very short in this department (Richmond, B.C. Rocks!). So I can get my hit here. These little dumplings are an culinary art of how food can go off the chart. Do try and enjoy (my favorite are the pork).

4.Flo Japanese Restaurant

Flo is an outstanding restaurant by any measure. For the relatively modest size of the restaurant, the menu is varied and the preparation uniformly superb. \r \r While every item on the menu is good, I would most highly recomment the 5 course tasting menu. At first blush, it appears a tad expensive ... but once you have been served this menu, you will gladly order it again. Every dish in the tasting menu is outstanding, and perfectly paired. Of course, it is different every time you visit the restaurant, adding to the specialness of each opportunity to dine here. \r \r The personnel of the restaurant are committed to creating a great dining experience, and seem to be long-term employees. They are very good at remembering clients, even those who visit only a few times a year, and make you feel welcome in a way that only a smaller restaurant can.\r \r I consider the restaurant a good value -- quality of food, consistency, service and choice are all first rate.\r \r While I 'headlined' my review by citing Flo as the 'best on the east side', this is really not generous enough. I would be hard pressed to name a materially better Japanese restaurant in Seattle. In fact, having traveled to Japan with some regularity on business over the last decade, this is just an excellent restaurant by any standard.\r \r The only change I might make would be to expand/improve the wine list. But this is a minor 'nit' and the excellent choices in Sake (warm or cold) make up for this almost insignificant limitation.

Back in Cali, there were old TV commercials to Go see Cal (Worthington). But in Bellevue, it should be Go see Sal. \r \r There is no comparison to Firenze's Spaghetti Bolagnese or the Pasta del Mar. As much as my family and I enjoy the old standby meals, you should pay attention to the daily specials - especially if they involve steak. \r \r My personal favorite is to go off menu and order the plain Olive Oil & Spices Spaghetti and then add chicken. (no cheese for me). FANTASTIC. \r \r HINT: If the restaurant is full you can go down two doors to their pizzeria and still order from the Firenze menu.
