    I don't normally post reviews as most satisfied customers don't take the time to praise excellent service. It seems like only people who have an ax to grind do so!



    On a recent trip to Seattle, my wife and I visited Sam's shop. We were impressed with the selection, and the wonderful service and pricing that Sam offered us. He helped us get educated on various rugs and allowed us to comparison shop. We ended buying a beautiful 6x9 Tabriz for our dining room and extremely happy with it. A big thank you to Sam for his support and excellent service. We will definitely be back!

    Beware of deceptive sales practice

    Even though the website states that they have a 48 hours Approval Policy whereby they will refund you in full if the rug does not fit your home decor, however, if you should pay for the rug in full and take it home to see if it fits with your decor, the store and the owner will not give you a refund and will only allow you to exchange.



    Be careful of signing off on the credit card receipt, at the bottom of the sales receipt, in minute print, it will say that all sales are final, exchange only. If you are far sighted as we are, you cannot see this writing. In fact, on the separate sales invoice there is a phrase at the bottom which stated that All Sales are Final. However, in our case, the owner had carefully stapled the credit card receipt over this phrase so that we did not see it until we try to return the rug.



    My wife purchased a rug from this place and had specifically asked if the husband doesn't like it can she return it? She was advised that of course she may bring it back. We viewed the rug and decided that it doesn't fit and so we returned it. However, this store would not give us a refund, insisting that my wife didn't specifically state that this was on approval and we had already paid in full.



    We felt this was a very deceptive sales pracitce and tried to reason with the owner, but to no avail.



    We will definitely dispute this charge with our credit card company and not pay. Buyers Beware of this store!!!
