Terrible. Called to order CPAP supplies over a month ago and was told the parts were in stock and would ship immediately. Finally called them again as I have not received anything. They said they tried to call me weeks ago but have a wrong number in the computer. I asked them to confirm my number, and as expected it was correct. The CS rep gave me a number to their warehouse and told me to call them to see if I can get it shipped. Why am I calling their warehouse? Shouldn't customer service handle that? I haven't had a good experience with this company since day one. Lazy and un-organized to say the least. My next phone call to them will not be a friendly one.
Business door states they close at 8pm. I go to the store about 7 min before closing the staff was very rude, and unprofessional when I asked do they not close at the time posted in their window. The staff stated you can come in or not I don't care. I shopped here maybe two times a week. They will not get anymore business from me or my family!
I have been very pleased with them. They are considerate in taking measurements offering to move to a different room. They also deliver when they say they will. Good at getting refills.
I love this store I find everything I need there and I'm a repeat customer
This is the worst Lincare office I've ever seen. Not only did they not deliver my oxygen concentrator when scheduled. My family was told it could not be delivered even though I order everything 2 weeks ago. My family had to go pick up my equipment. On top of that when I called to complain I was told that Chris would call me back. That was 4 hours ago still no call back. I may have to see if my insurance will cover another company because I like to breath.
