A Touch of Care Massage
I would highly recommend this business and I can’t say enough about my great experiences with “A Touch of Care Therapeutic Massage”. Whether I go in for specific problem areas that need to be worked out, or just to pamper myself, I always come out feeling renewed. Those caring hands and listening ears guide each massage, in an environment that is clean, comfortable, and relaxing. I feel blessed that a friend referred me to “A Touch of Care” and definitely recommend it to others.

A Touch of Care Massage
Sarah's massage is by far the best I have ever had! She always listens to whatever pain I am having and I always feel so much better afterwards. I go to her for therapeutic and wellness massage not just for relaxation. I appreciate that she is able to dig into my knots and muscles to release the tension. Her touch is very healing. I am so sad I won't be able to get a massage from her anymore!

Sarah is a great massage therapist. She listened to what I felt were my problem areas and paid special attention to those spots. After my massage my muscles felt more relaxed and less painful. She is very kind, caring and professional. I highly recommend her.

Tips & Advices
At the first appointment with a physical therapist, Expect an overall assessment of your condition, which may include exercises to understand your range of motion, balance, and strength. Based on that information, the therapist can then design a regimen.
Physical therapists can work in a variety of environments. While many choose to work in a physical therapy clinic, others will operate out of hospitals and are also able to make house calls to help patients who need in-home assistance and rehabilitation.
Physical therapists can specialize in sports medicine, women's health, geriatric, neurologic, orthopedic, pediatric, and cardiovascular and pulmonary conditions, among others.
See a physical therapist following a serious muscle or bone injury, especially if pain doesn't go away within a few days, is recurring and dull, or is frequent and sharp. Book an appointment if medication is not helping or if your doctor recommends it.
The majority of health insurance plans do include physical therapy treatment, but the amount covered and the co-pay for patients varies person-to-person. Medicare and workers’ compensation both cover physical therapy.
