Almost always find something I can't live without. Not musty, dark and overcrowded like other antique stores. Just great stuff at better prices than PDX stores. The store has a little bit of everything too, clothing, jewelry, midcentury, primatives, art etc.... I'm glad we have it on the Westside. A+

Friendly volunteers, clean store, great merchandise that is put out daily. The Purple Tag Boutique area is amazing quality for a Thrift Shop. Brands such as Prada, Eileen Fischer, Kate Spade and Chico's are seen on the racks. Love this store. Naniscah A

I have both bought and sold from CN and have always had a great experience. Our last purchase was a kitchen table and chairs and it looks great and the best part was we got a super deal. Selling is fun too, I have sold pictures and jewelry and have always gotten a good price for everything. It's exciting to get a check in the mail! The service is outstanding, everyone is so helpful and gracious.I love Consignment Northwest and will continue to go there.

I recently moved to the area and discovered Nan's Glad Rags. It is the cutest resale boutique I have ever visited. Every time I shop there I find great deals and beautiful clothes. I get so many compliments on the clothes and jewelry I buy there. The staff is friendly and the store is always clean and organized. I always find wonderful gifts for the ladies in my family too. Why shop at Macy's when you can get more here for a fraction of the price. I also recommend bringing clothes in to trade. I am definietely a satisfied customer, and recommend shopping here.

I just discovered this fantastic ""little gem"", Sister's N' Style; now my favorite store! When you find a store like this you have to share it with your freinds, of course; no surprise to me they love it too! It's such a quaint little boutique with clothes that are either new or worn very little...and such current styles too! Each one of my friends has loved it! You'll love it too; I have no doubt... :) Linda

We recently bought some furniture from Dania, and we love it. It was spendy, but we were willing to pay a little more to get what we wanted.\r \r Our experience with Dania is that the customer service level doesn't match with the price level of the furniture. To make a long story short, we knew that it would take several weeks for the furniture to arrive. When the delivery date came and went, we started calling the store. Depending on who answered the phone, we'd get different answers to our question of when to expect the furniture. Finally, when two of the four pieces arrived, we arranged to have them delivered by Dania for their $75 delivery fee. Happily, the delivery showed up with three pieces, but it would have been nice to know that the third piece was coming. A week or so later, the fourth piece arrived, but they wanted another $75 delivery fee to bring that over. They were entitled to charge us the additional delivery fee, but it bothered me that there was no attempt by the store to throw that in for free to compensate for the lateness of the order. When I asked about it, the person on the phone got defensive, and started quoting their policies to me. I understand that they were entitled to do what they did, but it just wasn't good customer service for a several thousand dollar purchase. I didn't bring this up to their manager, because by then I was tired of the hassle.\r \r I won't buy anything there again unless it's the only place in town that has what I want.

This is the best re-sale shop in PDX. Consignments are of the highest quality. If you find a problem with an item when perusing it at the store, they're quick to apologize and remove it from the sales floor. The store is clean and not too jam packed, the staff is genuinely friendly and helpful. If an item is not attractive, they will be honest and try to help you find a more suitable item. It's like having my very own Stacy & Clinton right here in PDX, but these folks have AFFORDABLE clothes, and shoes too!

When I visited Piccolina a couple of weeks ago I was greeted by the owner with a genuine smile and a warm greeting. This was a drastic change from my previous experience that morning in a resale shop in Sellwood. She and her staff promised to review the things I had brought in to trade quickly and they did, much to my delight. I was thrilled to shop while my son played with their very cool wooden toys and when they finished with my stuff they came to me post haste. I ended up taking the trade option since they offered much more for that option then the cash-but considering I scored two gorgeous Hanna Anderson pieces, a couple other lovely sweaters and two pairs of very nice pants I was not complaining. I highly recommend this lovely boutique that offers a great selection of gently worn children's clothes. They provide access to upscale pieces without the prices or stuffy shopping experience. I will definitely be going back.
