Kenny S. This is Mark Holley I'm sorry that you did not receive our phone call. The recording on the phone number we were provided said the number had been disconnected or was no longer in service. When we were finally contacted the person that had contacted us informed us that they did not have sufficient funds to secure repairs. We informed the person that contacted us there were no charges and the vehicle could be picked up at any time. Sorry for any confusion that you may have had. God bless you and have a great day.
